“This is the epitome of great diner food! My family went for lunch, and we ordered burgers, onion rings, French toast, omelets, chicken tenders, milkshakes, and more.Everything was cooked perfectly. It came out quickly and was perfectly hot. The service was amazing (which is so hard to find these days)! It was clean and kid friendly. My little one's ice cream was so cold that just breathing on it made it steam. I wish we lived closer because we would quickly become regulars! If you're hungry and looking for something for everyone, this is the place to go.”
“Dekita was incredible. She was there alone when my family arrived for lunch while passing through. Getting all of us ready to order I witnessed her make multiple sandwiches for locals where she called them by name and even knew what they wanted. As a vegetarian you would think going to subway would be a great experience. But not always is it. Multiple times I've asked while traveling if they could "change their gloves b4 touching my sandwich". Every other time I've gotten a rude comment or look. But not Dekita, she was so attentive in making sure that fresh gloves and knives where used in the making of my sandwich. Which I am so grateful for!!!!All 6 of our foot long subs were delicious and beautiful!!!”
“Remember going to the fair or carnival when you were younger? How everything smelled so good? Funnel cakes and French fries? Fair Foods is just that: foods you would get at the carnival. I got fried pickles, fried mushrooms, mini corn dogs, and fried Oreos. It was good! Until my stomach reminded me I haven't eaten fried foods in a good long time. Will make a different choice next time!!”
“Coffee on point, donuts not as fresh as when i was a kid. But that was 30 years ago and death is knocking at all our doors so easy your frozen donuts & be happy”
“Has a Interview for manager position in this location and I have to say having over 25 years experience in different fast food chains and corporate and franchise stores this is store is honestly Extremely Clean and Very friendly staff I am truly hoping to get this Job ?❤️? I literally am praying for it. You don't come across stores specifically off a main highway like 301 Waldo area that due to location alone so it's automatically a busier store then a average wendys and walk in and it's spotless no strange smells no trash anywhere floors swept and this was literally towards the end of lunch rush. So I am so throwing out fist bumps to the Management team and Team members on a Beautiful Store! ❤️??????????????”
“This is the best pizza in Gainesville! Last time I got their hot honey pizza with pepperoni and green peppers, it was awesome! We also spoke to the manager for a while as he was doing some maintenance work next to our table, he was super kind to us. If you only have one night in Gainesville, you can't go wrong here!”
“Man Ever tume I cum to wayne heads je & his crew never disappoints the food is always fresh cooked and made the taste is always on point and I definitely greatly appreciate it....”
“The coffee here is pretty great. And, my wife says they make the best matcha latte in the area. The sitting area is pretty small and they seem to get busy quickly, but it's worth it.”
“Blueline Q has a commitment to flavor mastery! Whether you're a barbecue aficionado or simply someone with a refined palate seeking an extraordinary plate of food, Blueline Q is the place to be. Each bite is a journey through perfectly balanced flavors, with their ghost pepper sauce being a standout star that will leave your taste buds tingling in the best possible way. Don't forget their pickled onions! Prepare to have your expectations exceeded and your taste buds delighted at this masterpiece of a barbecue joint located right in Starke!”
“East End Eatery is my favorite breakfast place in Gainesville! The best breakfast burrito in town! Always fresh veggies, gouda cheese grits that always satisfy, even a Florida native like me. Treat yourself to the best waffle in town. Crisp outside with light fluffy center. Not heavy at all. Real shrimp and grits worth the wait for cooked to order meal. The service is always friendly with a smile. The owner works all areas. She loves to meet customers. Hope you enjoy the experience as much as I do.”
“We stopped here on the tail end of our bike ride up to and through Gold Head state park. It is a great place to stop, right on the paved trail that leads to the park. The food was great!! 3 of us had the fish and chips. Good portion size on the fish, Mac n cheese & fries. Another in our group had a burger and said it was really good too. Sadly forgot to take a photo of the food, we were really hungry after our bike ride. Including a screen shot off our ride route in case somebody would like to check out the route. It was a great ride on the trail up to the park and out the back that looped back to the trail, about 20 miles. Not much traffic on the road part of the ride.”
“Amazing food and service! The food is always on point with great portions for seconds if not more! Keep up the good work. I’m hoping they will get a restaurant back again. Their food is too good for them not to have one.”
“Great little diner that feels like a down south home country kitchen kinda place.Servers seem to all help each other so customers are well taken care of.My server recommended the burrito, which was quite good. At first glance, it seemed small, however looks were deceiving because it's rolled tight and fat. When paired with the gravy for dipping, I could hardly finish it. Delicious.Coffee was hot and endless, as it should be in any good diner! She even gave me a cup to go.Lots of larger tables for bigger groups, or for sharing with others "family style".Servers knew many by name, same with the customers. The locals must really like it here, I can see why; good food, decent prices, cozy welcoming atmosphere and sweet service.A great little breakfast spot for traveling through in @Ramona_the_Airstream getting some work done on my laptop while enjoying a good breakfast.”
“Small menu but staff is great and the falafel gyro is DELICIOUS! Desserts sound delicious but we did not try.Vegetarian options: Food is all prepared onsite so can be made with or without meat. Falafel patties are homemade and delicious .Dietary restrictions: Delicious lattes offering dairy, almond and oat milksParking: Ignore your GPS and just turn into Melrose Community Center from highway 26”
“Six star food, if you’re looking for great Italian food quality and a great price, please look no further. I don’t make a review on a restaurant unless I’ve been there atleast 4 times, every time I’ve been here it has been outstanding. Food is always great, great portions I always walk out needing a leftover box. Owner is always working and asking how the food is. This is a role model restaurant for the rest.”
“The food is amazing! Seasoned well and cooked tender! The service is friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable! The outdoor picnic tables at the edge of the citrus grove is nice!”
“Probably the best wine tasting experience I've had. Audrey is ideally suited to host, educate, and entertain. She is so personable, it seemed more like a visit with a friend. The wines are unique and very accessible. Overall, a great experience!”
“My new spot to grab a ice cold domestic draft. Super nice people and for an old crusty dive this place is immaculate. You could eat off the bathroom floor. I am overly impressed.”
“Arrived in Melrose early for a family dinner and decided to grab a beer at Melrose Pub while waiting for the rest of my party to arrive. Walked in and was immediately greeted in the most friendly way by patrons and bartender alike. Enjoyed an icy-cold Yuengling from the bottle ($3) and was treated like a part of the family. As a non-smoker, the only part I did not enjoy was the thick cigarette smoke. But no complaints here, this is a great little local spot where I will definitely return for another visit when traveling through this area!”
“This is a down to earth full bar, that knows how to get down and party... They luv to have fun, sing, dance & just have a great time.... They luv meeting new people..... LOVE THIS PLACE....”
“Had lunch there on the way back from a football tournament. Was worried that the teenager would be hard to feed from a seafood place, but he tore up the shrimp. Been wanting to go there, was disappointed when they moved out of Middleburg.”
“I absolutely love this place, our servers are ALWAYS sweethearts and the food is 10/10. My experience this morning was great aside from my complaint right now..It's unfortunate to complain but the HOST was jaw deoppingly RUDE to a disabled customer my husband and I helped into the restaurant. She didn't even greet the women just told her there's seating outside only... when the lady pointed out there's a table for two she seemed appalled she had to seat her there inside. She had a sour attitude and I witnessed on two occasions her coworkers ask if she's okay and she bluntly ignored them, mumbling under her breath and rudely checking out customers not even speaking to them and slamming her fingers on the tablet. I get having a bad day but it is your job to HOST and greet and she was extremely unwelcoming and rude. I had 0 issues taking her picture to put her on blast. Disrespecting my husband and I is fine but disrespecting the disabled or the elders is NOT. We were raised better in the south, so act like it. I wish I got her name :) But here's a pic of her, I'd recommend someone speaking to her or her job going to someone who would actually appreciate it.”
“The entertainment was better and very professional; I enjoyed it all very, very much!!!! I hope to be able to enjoy more events like the one on January 12,2024. The people were very nice. The band was not only a lifeband but they had a live Kroger. Dancer, talking to the music. So it was even more entertaining and it was just a really good time with good people and I recommend it to anybody in the surrounding Melrose area. They go and experience it once at least..Parking: Parking is first come first serve basis. And they also have optional parking on the far inside. So I can't find a place then they will find a place for you to park.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair accessibility parking by personally. Would find it difficult to navigate through the actual place in a wheelchair , but they do have room for those who are in Wheelchair.”
“Whew child!!! When I tell you that this place slaps, I mean that one sip of any of their incredible shakes or teas will have you doing a whole entire hand clap ??Kim also provides top notch service and always has a smile on her face. Definitely my place for positivi-TEA!”
“This place was a decent last minute find for pizza that's priced fairly. Then of course I had to get some ice-cream while I waited a few minutes. The peanut butter twirl was great but they have plenty of choices.”
“Went to Satchels after the Gator Nationals.Decided to have a few beers at Lightning Salvage while we waited for a table . We ended up staying at LS and having pizza and salad. All very good. Afterwards went exploring thru all the very cool rooms and areas”
“To die for fried chicken, gizzards, fritter and onion rings. Coming back from Jacksonville I stopped. Used to live in Melrose. Now I'm going to have to go back. Great prices and service! A+++”
“This is a little hole in the wall that we found by chance. Service was top-notch. Our glasses never got empty, chips and Salsa were flowing. I got the wet burrito on our servers suggestion. It was the biggest burrito I have ever seen. It was also absolutely delicious! I look forward to being out that way again.”
“I really really love this place they are so nice and the food is probably the best within 20 miles. Not only that but they are very reasonably priced and once again the quality is unmatched ”
“We accidentally found this gem on the way from NY to Sarasota. I have to say the food was great and the proprietor was very nice and helpful. We had tacos and quesadillas Mexican street style. Soooo tasty. I’ve added them to my must stop notes for next year.”
