My Dad, my brother, and I experienced a for real deal BBQ restaurant, today. I had a feeling that BlueLineQ wasn't going to disappoint, just by viewing their Facebook page (which they did not).
I believe we were the first customers of the day at 11:10am after driving approximately 1 1/2 hours to get there. We had great service and great food. We stumbled upon this delicious gem!! The meats we tried were- Turkey with raspberry vinegrette. Pulled pork, ribs and brisket with Mac n cheese, green beans and Cole slaw. Large portions, good price
I recommend the brisket and pulled pork melts in your mouth and far from dry
