Made a quick drive from Orange Park for some the best BBQ I've had in a long time. I went with the 2 meat and 2 side option to tackle my hunger. Pulled pork, brisket, baked beans and potato salad. Ordering was quick and easy, the young lady took my name and I got my cup and found a seat and waited for my platter of flavor to arrive. I got my tea and sat down. I must say I was somewhat disappointed with the tea it was not really sweet , for me when having BBQ I want to be sent into a diabetic shock from the tea. There was also lemonade so with a splash of that in the tea I was happy.My food was delivered to the table an wow, the portions of meat is a lot. I started the tasting with the potato salad. I love potatoe salad and theirs is a hit very creamy with little pieces of cheese very good. The baked beans are very good with great flavor. Pulled pork was cooked to perfection with lots of flavor I added a hint of BBQ sauce for that extra hit of goodness. Now the star of the plate, OMG their brisket is the bomb first of all it was cut to just the right thickness it was perfect. The fat line running across the top of the meat and the flavor of the smoke wow. It was tender an moist, the pit master knows what they are doing and they made some Great food. I will definitely be back for more BBQ. I hope they have corn nuggets next time, I was ready for some and none on the menu this visit. I didn't see any desert on the menu then again the distraction of the meat being cut beside me was a probably the reason. Bannana pudding after BBQ is great... just saying hint hintThanks for a great lunch it was my birthday present to me and I Loved it...

Definitely the best barbecue place around. Food is amazing, portions are huge, and the staff is friendly. Love the specials they run. Especially the ribeye. Sides are always on point! And my favorite… the beef short ribs…. Saucy and delicious, literally meat candy ? 10/10

Ordered the three meat plate (brisket, pulled pork, and ribs) with baked beans and potato salad, a side of coleslaw and order of corn nuggets. I was not disappointed! The meat was reallllly good. Sides had a solid start but all needed a little salt and pepper to taste. The only thing missing from the plate was a few slices of bread!

BlueLine Q is the real deal. I go at least once a week, so far from what I've tried the Brisket, Ribs and Sausage has been excellent. The sides are just as good with the brussel sprouts, fried greens beans, street corn and mac n cheese. Just call ahead to find out if they are out or get there early because they do run out often. This is the best BBQ I’ve ever had. I’ve been following the food truck around for a couple years now. We drove from Lake City today and arrived after they ran out of food. Since we drove so far, the owner Matt decided to fix us up a plate of what was probably his food he was planning on eating later. It was awesome. They have a customer for life here.
