“THIS IS A BAD REVIEW BUT LISTEN:
I’m a general manager of a restaurant and their drive-through has an AI system. I believe AI should not be replaced where a human can be. It did take my order accurately, and it was actually pretty simple though
But the people inside messed up my order
I got all the way home, took a bite of my burger and realized it’s the wrong one
So I drove back up and I spoke to the manager.
This lady was extremely nice. Replace my order.
And I don’t blame her at all if you see the people that she has working for her they don’t seem very confident and that’s me being nice.
That manager cares. Deserves better and she is the one getting 5 stars. Girl in fry looked lost in her own little world. No one communicated back to her.
