THIS IS A BAD REVIEW BUT LISTEN:
I’m a general manager of a restaurant and their drive-through has an AI system. I believe AI should not be replaced where a human can be. It did take my order accurately, and it was actually pretty simple though
But the people inside messed up my order
I got all the way home, took a bite of my burger and realized it’s the wrong one
So I drove back up and I spoke to the manager.

Went in for early lunch, it was very busy and the staff was trying to get caught up when we got there. It took a few minutes which happens. The food was really good and even though they seemed very stressed out the staff was really nice and friendly, the lady at the counter was very apologetic and everyone worked hard to get the food out as quickly as possible.
