They constantly have the lobby locked and claim it's because they are short staffed yet they have been doing this for more than 6 months. It's irritating when I walk there on my lunch break to be greeted to locked doors all the time. Hire more

My daughter got a coupon for a free kids meal for getting honor roll from school, when we went to pay they only give u half off, on the receipt says free kids meal. So its not free. Not to mention that the service is terrible run by a bunch of young kids that are to busy arguing about tiktok vids and with who they saw, them actually paying attention to the order. My daughter’s burger had so much ketchup on it look like someone had a period on it. The place blows. Eat your at ur own risk.

Really gonna miss this Wendy’s. The staff was always great, and I hate that they’re going to pay the price for lost business because their newly-appointed CEO came in and immediately decided to price gouge when their food was already getting needlessly more expensive.

I’d definitely give this place a big ZERO!Not able to dine in. “Short staffed” was the reply when called to ask how to actually pick up my mobile order when all their restaurant doors were locked. So much for a quick mobile order, only a long wait on drive through line to pick up just warm food.Corporate Wendy’s needs to step up and help this manager and location with some hiring and help!!! Shame on them!Never again at this Wendy’s.

Eh. It's a fast food place. Unfortunately, every place seems short-handed and letting some details slide. Such as placing orders on a screen and being prompted to get your cup at the self-serve drink area. And then going there and no cups are to be found. Or the tables are slightly sticky. The food was decent as usual. I will keep going there, but eating inside is not always the been the best experience.

Honestly I expected more from a fast food establishmentKid-friendliness: The manager was very unprofessional dealing with customers, Threating to call the cops, and overall just very bad at defusing the situation, I would avoiding bringing your kids here since it seems that they are staffing un-trustable people

Awful. 1 star is far too generous.I've been coming here every so often for 2 years now (either after I forget how bad it is or give them the benefit of the doubt that it's gotten better), and it's always the same. High schoolers chatting and being unprofessional. Managers yelling at employees, receipts are NEVER given unless you ask for one, and my last trip they just said no baked potatoes available what else do you want. No apology no explanation nothing. I filled out the survey and requested a call back and never heard from them.Avoid this place and go to McDonald's across the street.

The door was locked at 5pm. They forgot to give me the sour cream for my baked potato at the drive thru that I was taking to someone that's sick and they don't have sour cream at home that's why I asked for some. The line is extremely long in the Drive-Thru and I had to go back thru it due to the doors being locked. When the cashier came on the screen I asked her why are the doors locked and she said because we're short staffed right now. I think whoever owns this franchise needs to work some things out. Very irritating.
