Wendy's in Sarasota

“Recently remodeled the place and the AC finally works. Had lunch here and got nuggets and fries. They didnt give me any sauce and when I asked for some, she charged me $0.54 each so I only got 1... Most places give you tons of sauce for free but these people are rationing for some reason.“

“Needed to purchase a Wendy's gift card and went inside the restaurant. The young lady at the register was friendly and helpful. It seemed maybe this was her first gift card sales transaction. She was quickly given assistance by another female employee. Everything went smoothly. I then ordered a meal to go. There's a slight language barrier but I'm always treated with professionalism. Lunch was prepared correctly. Tasted great and the dining room was beautifully decorated for the holidays. And Wendy's chicken nuggets are much better than the other big name fast-food nearby.“

“To be fair, this location is severely understaffed and located in a high traffic area.

I am not at all disagreeing, nor overlooking the negative reviews, as at the end of the day hard working Customers are paying for service.

I’m just saying this location is doing the best with what they have.“

“Went inside to get lunch. Stood there. There was a girl making sandwiches and the guy at the drive-thru. She didn't speak English. Finally I got help ordered my lunch. It was good. I ordered a bacon Junior cheeseburger some fries didn't want to go to the drive-thru. Didn't know they were short-staffed but they won't keep me from going there again. The food was good, fresh and hot made to order.“
