Why is it always a problem to get a cup of hot coffee there? Each time I am trying to get a cup of hot coffee, I am always asked if I want to do cold or I would be told they don’t have hot coffee and when I ask for my refund then the hot coffee is made. From when I come from, we don’t do cold coffee and PERIOD.
No AC was hot as hell and the food tastes over cooked

While some customers have experienced mix-ups with their orders, the staff is generally polite and the food is cooked fresh. One customer even plans to return to the store directly with their receipt to resolve an order mix-up.
