Wendy's offers decent service and quick turnaround, but has inconsistent hours of operation, often not adhering to posted morning and night hours. Despite this, the restaurant is clean, with a modern farm-style sink for hand washing. Digital ordering kiosks are easy to use, and staff are friendly and helpful. Food is served hot, and the restaurant is well-maintained. However, minor issues with orders, such as incorrect drink sizes, can occur. Overall, Wendy's has the potential to excel with improved consistency in its operations.
