“I ordered an acai bowl with Nutella and was charged for it but instead of telling me they didn't have Nutella (I assume), they just didn't give me any. I had been craving this bowl for weeks so it was disappointing but it was still delicious (and it was to go so I added some at home). The staff was neutral- not nice but not rude either. Service was quick (but there were only two other customers in there when I ordered so can't say when it's busy). The place did seem very clean with tall seats and regular seats. Overall, not bad.“
“I prefer this tropical smoothie over others I have visited in Polk County. I never have to worry about my drink not tasting good. One of the workers in the back transferred from another tropical smoothie years ago and I was so happy she did. I much prefer this tropical smoothie compared to others.“
