“I always enjoy the menu options at this Winter Haven location. The smoothies are consistently well-blended with great texture, and the toasted flatbreads and wraps are served fresh and hot. It’s a reliable spot for a clean, refreshing meal.

My only critique is that the service can feel a bit overly transactional. The staff is efficient at getting orders turned around quickly, but the overall experience would be elevated if the team was a bit more customer-focused, engaging, and welcoming.

Overall, the food and drink quality are definitely five-star, but a little more warmth in the customer service would make it a perfect local stop!“

“I ordered an acai bowl with Nutella and was charged for it but instead of telling me they didn't have Nutella (I assume), they just didn't give me any. I had been craving this bowl for weeks so it was disappointing but it was still delicious (and it was to go so I added some at home). The staff was neutral- not nice but not rude either. Service was quick (but there were only two other customers in there when I ordered so can't say when it's busy). The place did seem very clean with tall seats and regular seats. Overall, not bad.“
