“I came to the store On 06/13/ 2026 On Saturday, mind you. with only one employee working she was taking care of the smoothies the registered and the food. The employee was very nice, but it seemed like she was very overwhelmed. I’m not writing this because of the employee. I’m writing it because as a company, you should always have a full that.. Very disappointed with the company itself.“
“I went to Tropical Smoothie Cafe a couple days ago and ordered the Acai Berry Boost with added coconut, plus the flatbread sandwich I've tried was great. Everything tasted fresh and came out really fast. The smoothie was refreshing, the sandwich was warm and flavorful, and the whole place was very clean and organized. The staff was friendly too. i don't remember the guy's name but he had great customer service skills. Overall, it was a great quick lunch experience.“
