If you plan on even getting your order taken i recommend you order online because there are only 3 people working and they’ll look at you at the counter but literally will walk right past you i was there for 20 minutes before they even took my order and they’re not even polite they act like they hate their job, maybe get a new one??♀️
Dad's Lunch Adventure!!! I have been to this location a few times. I ENJOY The Thai chicken wrap and the Green Detox Smoothie, but the last few times I have cane to this downtown winter haven location I have experienced a decline in the food & Smoothie quality. The Thai chicken wrap seems to be getting smaller as less ingredients are being placed into the wrap the peanut sauce seems to be reducing in amount as well!! Literally the slowest establishment. Every time I come to this location I am sitting and waiting at times 20 minutes for an order placed over an hour ago. I am always met with the same excuses there’s only two of us here or there’s only three of us here. however don’t tell me my order will be ready at 4:18 if the order isn’t ready until nearly 5pm. They should really consider hiring more staff members
