Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Orlando

“I stopped by to pick up a healthy option for my wife. She's been meaning to try tropical smoothie cafe, So I ordered a chicken breakfast burrito. My Wife loved it & they serve the breakfast all day, 😁😁 so I'm stopping again next time. 👍🏾😋“

“Needed an emotional support smoothie and was excited we have a Tropical Cafe Smoothie near our house! I went with a Mango Magic and it is delicious. I'm looking forward to making this a regular stop.

It's a tiny place, but there are chairs and tables at the front. You can order ahead too.“

“I love this place, and the customer service has always been amazing. I used to come here three times a week for the Greek yogurt with strawberries and blueberries. Unfortunately, they changed the granola, and I don’t like it as much as the old one. I called to confirm, and they told me they did change it. This was a while ago, and I’m still hoping they bring back the original granola.“

“Leave us a review Everything on point. It's been months since I visited this location due to new job but was passing by and so grateful I did. All request were followed and all additions actually in smoothie etc. So grateful

Naveah, Christian and Grace thank you!!!“

“I love this place, the wraps and quesadillas are yummy + my fave smoothie the mango monsoon is so refreshing. I recommend getting the app to enjoy some sweet rewards. :) The staff is always friendly at this location.

Some places offer rewards but you rarely get anything worth it, the tropical smoothie cafe app is actually worth it.“

“I placed a rather large order the night before. Customer service from the staff the night before and the quick, efficient service from the morning crew was excellent! Thank you for making this a breeze and being kind. I can leave 5 stars for that! Also everyone loved their smoothies!“

“I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the cashier here. She was absolutely incredible. The customer service was on another level, super friendly, welcoming, and somehow managed to make ordering a smoothie feel like the highlight of my day. She was extremely kind, patient, and had such a great attitude that you could tell she actually cared about making sure customers had a good experience.
Honestly, Tropical Smoothie needs to give her a raise, a promotion, and probably her own store. Employees like her are the reason people come back. She was easily the best part of my visit, and if management is reading this, please recognize this woman because she deserves it.
10/10 service. 10/10 personality. 10/10 human being. I would give six stars if Google would let me. Absolutely outstanding.“

“Angelica made our visit exceptional! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a genuine smile and such positive energy. She even personally brought our drinks out to us, which made the experience feel so welcoming. I’m visiting from Ohio, and this level of customer service is something you don’t see every day. Thank you, Angelica, for going above and beyond, keep up the outstanding work!“

Every single person who has helped me has always greeted me with a smile and provided fast, friendly, and excellent service. The quality of the food and drinks is consistently great, and my orders are always prepared with care. What really makes this location special, though, is the staff. They are welcoming, attentive, professional, and always make my experience a positive one. It’s rare to find a place where you can consistently receive such great service from the entire team. “This team demonstrated exceptional performance. Their collaborative approach, efficiency, and speed are truly commendable. I recently encountered a challenge while attempting to apply a coupon to an online order, and Kaitlin, the manager, provided outstanding assistance in resolving the issue. Her dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, as she went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience, a level of service that is not always encountered. Her commitment to fostering customer loyalty is highly valued. Kaitlin exemplifies the qualities of an exemplary manager and individual, a standard that is clearly reflected throughout her team. I am sincerely gratitude to Kaitlin for her compassion, professionalism, and expertise.“
