“I stopped by to pick up a healthy option for my wife. She's been meaning to try tropical smoothie cafe, So I ordered a chicken breakfast burrito. My Wife loved it & they serve the breakfast all day, 😁😁 so I'm stopping again next time. 👍🏾😋“

“I love this place, and the customer service has always been amazing. I used to come here three times a week for the Greek yogurt with strawberries and blueberries. Unfortunately, they changed the granola, and I don’t like it as much as the old one. I called to confirm, and they told me they did change it. This was a while ago, and I’m still hoping they bring back the original granola.“

Every single person who has helped me has always greeted me with a smile and provided fast, friendly, and excellent service. The quality of the food and drinks is consistently great, and my orders are always prepared with care. What really makes this location special, though, is the staff. “I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the cashier here. She was absolutely incredible. The customer service was on another level, super friendly, welcoming, and somehow managed to make ordering a smoothie feel like the highlight of my day. She was extremely kind, patient, and had such a great attitude that you could tell she actually cared about making sure customers had a good experience.
Honestly, Tropical Smoothie needs to give her a raise, a promotion, and probably her own store. Employees like her are the reason people come back. She was easily the best part of my visit, and if management is reading this, please recognize this woman because she deserves it.
