“I have to give Kudos to
Teagan and Cailynn, their customer service skills are phenomenal. Their smiling faces and their knowledge is impeccable. I dislike having a negative comments, but JADEN?, needs to improve on her customer service skills. I do frequent the restaurant, every encounter I have had with her has been difficult. She doesnt smile when greeting the customer or engage. I just think a little more training could benefit her.“

“Anna was so sweet and personable!!! Very attentive and quick. As I was making my order I kept changing my mind but it was no problem for anna and she was very eager to help get my order just how I wanted it. Even the coworkers started to give ideas. Overall this is a great staff and great tropical smoothie location! By far my best experience at tropical smoothie. 11/10 would recommend. 💖“

“Tropical Smoothie Cafe is one of my favorite places to grab a quick lunch and a smoothie. The food is always fresh, tasty, and perfect when you're looking for something fast without sacrificing quality.
My favorite smoothie is the Mango Magic—it's refreshing, delicious, and my go-to drink every time I visit. The customer service is also great. The staff is always friendly, and I've consistently had positive experiences here.
I honestly have only good things to say about this place. If you're looking for a quick meal and an excellent smoothie, I definitely recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe!“
