I’m so glad I was able to convince him to come here rather than a regular playa bowls because the açaí was genuinely amazing! Incredibly smooth and not icy. Layered beautifully in a cup the way I was hoping it would be. On top of that the service was fast, very kind and very welcoming. “This place is inside Bloomingdale’s. We wanted frozen yogurt but menu doesn’t really explain how to order or what you get. That was a little confusing.But when we got the small cup of yogurt it was one of the most delicious things I have had. They put the fixings at the bottom and throughout the cup. “Fun concept of an Asian food court on a smaller scale. Has 5+ options of food that are custom and unique to each type whether it’s Chinese, Korean or Japanese cuisine. Easy ordering, quick service, dine in or take out. My favorite is Kai Kai, the pick 2 meat option with Honey bbq chicken and crispy pork with garlic rice…amazing!! We have been back again and tried Cowboy Curry…that was also very good!! Recommend going with a small group, order from each place and share!!“

“Try getting a bartender by the name of Lydia. that acted so unprofessional and dismissive. and makes a scene in front of small children and invites the customer to fight outside. over drinks that she didn't make right. I wonder if maybe she had a couple drinks on the job. humm very disturbing and unprofessional incident that occurred during my family’s visit to JoJo’s Shake Bar at ICON Park on International Drive in Orlando. My husband and I approached the bar because my husband felt his drink was watered down and politely stated that he did not like it. He also mentioned that he had requested a double shot. The bartender, who I was later told is named Lydia, immediately became rude and dismissive, stating she would not remake the drink and insisting she had made it correctly. When my husband calmly reiterated that he had asked for a double shot, the bartender began shouting, accusing my husband of being a liar. Her voice escalated, and the situation quickly became hostile. I asked her to calm down, as there was no reason for that level of aggression. At that point, the bartender told us “we can take this outside,” repeatedly inviting my husband and me to fight. She was jumping up and down, yelling, and causing a scene, despite other employees attempting to intervene and asking her to stop. She disregarded them entirely and continued screaming and provoking a physical confrontation. This behavior occurred in a family-oriented restaurant, surrounded by guests, including small children in strollers and my 11-year-old son, who witnessed the entire incident. The situation was humiliating, intimidating, and deeply upsetting. staff members eventually came out (I believe from the kitchen) and attempted to calm her down and instruct her to go to the back. She refused, continued yelling at him, and kept repeating that she wanted to fight us outside. Her refusal to follow supervision and her continued aggression only escalated the embarrassment and concern for everyone present. To make matters worse, my family and I had driven 2½ hours to visit this location , a restaurant we have always loved and frequented. Because of the scene she caused, we were forced to quickly finish our drinks, place our food in a box, and leave. My son was given a box for his cookie so we could exit as fast as possible due to the harassment and embarrassment. No customer should ever be treated this way , especially in front of children , and no employee should ever invite guests to a physical fight while on duty. As long-time supporters of JoJo’s Shake Bar, this experience was shocking and extremely disappointing. We will not return to this location as long as this individual is employed there.“

“Solid spot, to be honest, I don’t have any major complaint. The food was pretty good, comparable to Starbucks. The service was really good, the woman who greeted me was very nice and helpful, she talked me through all the options for their refreshers. The atmosphere was good too, only thing to point out is there didn’t seem to be really any indoor seating as far as I could tell. It’s a walk up window situation with I believe a drive through option around the back. They do have seating, but it’s outdoors and given it was rainy during my visit, there wasn’t really a place to sit and eat it there. I do want to call out that the prices were really good in my opinion, especially compared to many other franchise options with similar offerings. The location I visited was also near the airport too, which notoriously drives up prices. But this place was good, I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again.“
