Each stop provided a unique selection of snacks and meals that catered to a wide range of tastes and preferences. There were numerous protein snack options available, from fresh, wholesome bites to more indulgent treats, which made traveling much more enjoyable and convenient.

The menus themselves were impressively diverse. Whether I was looking for something light and refreshing or a hearty meal to keep me going on long drives, there were always plenty of choices. Each dish seemed to be crafted with care, using tasty and fresh ingredients that stood out in every bite. From crisp vegetables to perfectly seasoned meats, the quality and attention to detail were apparent. One of the highlights of these visits was the experience with our chef, for lack of a better term. This individual had an incredible ability to make each meal feel personal and special. Their warm demeanor and skillful preparation elevated the entire dining experience. Watching them work with such confidence and creativity was as enjoyable as the food itself. They seemed to truly care about providing a memorable meal for each guest.

“Today I stopped in for some wellness shots & left with much more. First time trying the Buffalo Chickpea Salad & I ate it on my way home it looked so good-it was amazing! Then I broke into the homemade Broccoli Potato soup-yummy! Washed it all down with the watermelon Good Vibrations juice! If only we had a location in Lake Mary/Sanford, (hint hint) I would eat there multiple times per week! I just can’t say enough about this place & the owners are absolute gems!“

The 2 young ladies who helped me out are some of the nicest people I have encountered on such a quick visit to a store! “My favorite Thai restaurant whenever I am in Sanford, FL to visit my family. The Thai Cafe is operated by a lovely couple. It is quite authentic and super fresh. The food from the kitchen is prepared lovingly by the wife, the husband (and sometimes their son) prepares the smoothies and the drinks. Be warned the spice level is a bit hotter so you might want to take it down a notch. Go and support this local business!!“

“I visit the Heathrow location almost every day. My experience is usually good. Today, however, was not so good: the floor was dirty, the tables were not clean, my wife's coffee order was forgotten, no napkins were provided with the order, and no napkins were in the napkin holders on the counter. When I brought the dirty floor to the attention of the person who took my order, he showed no concern. An additional staff member entered the shop and observed the dirty floor and tables, but no one seemed to think it was their responsibility to take action. I'm not sure if a manager was on duty. After my wife and I finished our meal (20 minutes), still no floor or table cleanup took place. I wanted to share this as I love this business and would not want new customers to lose the opportunity to love it if this may have been their first experience. “Today my daughter and I enjoyed Mother’s Day tea at this lovely tea room. From the moment we walked in, you could feel the warmth and friendliness from the staff. We were greeted right away and taken to our table. My daughter tried a caramel tea and I tried a Hawaiian tea, both were excellent. The food was nothing short of spectacular. A special treat today was the live harp that was being played when we walked in. What a very special touch for Mother’s Day. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner and what a true gem she is. Owning this tea room is her passion and it shows in every detail. I would highly recommend anyone to come enjoy this charming tea room!“
