The woman who serves me is always so nice and genuine.I told her I’ve never tried taro tea before while we were taking and she gave me a free sample when she came back out with my drink.(The taro is great btw it’s now one of my favorites!)Also when you ask for extra boba they actually give you an extra serving of boba! Not just 3 more pearls like some other shops lol.The only thing Is I’d wish they had oat or almond milk as I’m allergic,so I could try some of their milk teas.“

“This place is inside Bloomingdale’s. We wanted frozen yogurt but menu doesn’t really explain how to order or what you get. That was a little confusing.But when we got the small cup of yogurt it was one of the most delicious things I have had. They put the fixings at the bottom and throughout the cup. “Been Coming to CFS since it opened at this location and always loved their food and wanted to support locally owned businesses…recent visits I’ve noticed a decrease in customer service and more attitude (not positive). Icing on the cake is they just made changes in their food quality and my usual açaí bowl (with peanut butter) now comes with peanut butter drizzle on top….not the same and definitely doesn’t taste the same! Asked the customer service person to explain but simply didn’t take care of it but wanted to charge for peanut butter??? Even though I just gave a tip for customer service? Not sure I’m doing this again but hope they get the message to keep standards the same or maybe explain it at the time of order.“

I bought the Taro Latte and King Brûlée, both with oat milk and at full sweetness. Both were excellent and I totally forgot to take pics since I had to drive but this was worth it.

Service was good too and at the time I went, it was pretty quiet. Looks like the perfect place to study and work.

“I have been writing emails through customer service for an incident that happened about a month ago and haven’t heard anything back. I placed an order online for a flatbread and a smoothie and went in to pick it up about 20 minutes afterwards. The order wasn’t ready but understandably so since there were about 8 other customers waiting for their food and only 2 people working. I received my food about 15 minutes or so after waiting (no biggie). When I went back to my office to sit down to eat my food, I found a plastic tie for bread in my flatbread. I bit into it and it cut my tongue. I would like a refund for it and also just state that obviously accidents happen but your employees should just be careful when preparing the food. (I have video and photos to prove if necessary)“
