What really stood out to me were the bobas, usually I find them kind of weird or chewy at other places, but these were perfect. They popped really nicely and didn’t have that strange texture some places do. I love trying out different boba shops, and this one definitely impressed me. Highly recommend!“

“At this time, this Tropical Smoothie Cafe is fairly new in this area. The staff are really swift in making orders. The staff is patient, usually most are kind. Very positive atmosphere. Not to much interaction between staff and customer other than taking customer orders. Still a good vibe and the smoothies and food are usually always consistent and on point here. And it smells clean in there too. Definitely will come here a lot. They’re great, almost as good as my fav Winter Park Location.“

I’m so glad I was able to convince him to come here rather than a regular playa bowls because the açaí was genuinely amazing! Incredibly smooth and not icy. Layered beautifully in a cup the way I was hoping it would be. On top of that the service was fast, very kind and very welcoming. I also want to mention we ordered take out, and would you believe the to-go bags are insulated to keep your açaí cold? “This place is inside Bloomingdale’s. We wanted frozen yogurt but menu doesn’t really explain how to order or what you get. That was a little confusing.But when we got the small cup of yogurt it was one of the most delicious things I have had. They put the fixings at the bottom and throughout the cup. She was running the smoothie store by herself and I must say that she was incredible! She made an excellent smoothie and accommodated all walks-ins and online orders quickly. “I came in this morning around 8:30 ish for the first time ever, and I just felt compelled to let someone know about my experience since I’ve been thinking about it all day. From the moment I walked into Planet Smoothie, I was greeted by a young woman, I asked for her name at the end of our conversation she said her named is Arianna. She made me feel so welcome. We chatted a bit at the end of ordering, and I must say, it truly brightened my morning to have someone take such genuine interest in my morning. I am partially blind in one eye, so seeing the menu clearly can be a bit of a challenge. Arianna was incredibly patient and thoughtful she walked me through the menu item by item and never once made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Since it was my first visit, I wasn’t quite sure what to order. I knew I wanted something with plenty of protein and antioxidants, and she recommended the lean green extreme. I wanted to add more to my drink and she even made sure to let me know about additional charges if I were to add, which I truly appreciated since most restaurants don’t mention up charges and I’m surprised by the area you pay at. The smoothie was absolutely delicious, but the service was what really stood out to me. Arianna went above and beyond, and it made my first experience a wonderful one.“

“Try getting a bartender by the name of Lydia. that acted so unprofessional and dismissive. and makes a scene in front of small children and invites the customer to fight outside. over drinks that she didn't make right. I wonder if maybe she had a couple drinks on the job. humm very disturbing and unprofessional incident that occurred during my family’s visit to JoJo’s Shake Bar at ICON Park on International Drive in Orlando. My husband and I approached the bar because my husband felt his drink was watered down and politely stated that he did not like it. He also mentioned that he had requested a double shot. The bartender, who I was later told is named Lydia, immediately became rude and dismissive, stating she would not remake the drink and insisting she had made it correctly. When my husband calmly reiterated that he had asked for a double shot, the bartender began shouting, accusing my husband of being a liar. Her voice escalated, and the situation quickly became hostile. I asked her to calm down, as there was no reason for that level of aggression. At that point, the bartender told us “we can take this outside,” repeatedly inviting my husband and me to fight. She was jumping up and down, yelling, and causing a scene, despite other employees attempting to intervene and asking her to stop. She disregarded them entirely and continued screaming and provoking a physical confrontation. This behavior occurred in a family-oriented restaurant, surrounded by guests, including small children in strollers and my 11-year-old son, who witnessed the entire incident. The situation was humiliating, intimidating, and deeply upsetting. staff members eventually came out (I believe from the kitchen) and attempted to calm her down and instruct her to go to the back. She refused, continued yelling at him, and kept repeating that she wanted to fight us outside. Her refusal to follow supervision and her continued aggression only escalated the embarrassment and concern for everyone present. To make matters worse, my family and I had driven 2½ hours to visit this location , a restaurant we have always loved and frequented. Because of the scene she caused, we were forced to quickly finish our drinks, place our food in a box, and leave. My son was given a box for his cookie so we could exit as fast as possible due to the harassment and embarrassment. No customer should ever be treated this way , especially in front of children , and no employee should ever invite guests to a physical fight while on duty. As long-time supporters of JoJo’s Shake Bar, this experience was shocking and extremely disappointing. We will not return to this location as long as this individual is employed there.“

What an amazing experience! The mango bowls and fresh juices at Mango Fresh were absolutely delicious perfectly ripe, vibrant, and full of flavor. You can truly taste the freshness in every bite and sip. The presentation was beautiful, the service super friendly, and the atmosphere felt bright and tropical the perfect refreshment while shopping at the Premium Outlets.

“I have been writing emails through customer service for an incident that happened about a month ago and haven’t heard anything back. I placed an order online for a flatbread and a smoothie and went in to pick it up about 20 minutes afterwards. The order wasn’t ready but understandably so since there were about 8 other customers waiting for their food and only 2 people working. I received my food about 15 minutes or so after waiting (no biggie). When I went back to my office to sit down to eat my food, I found a plastic tie for bread in my flatbread. I bit into it and it cut my tongue. I would like a refund for it and also just state that obviously accidents happen but your employees should just be careful when preparing the food. (I have video and photos to prove if necessary)“

Not knowing much about mexican drinks the girl at the cash register offered me 2 different types of drink samples. I liked the Agua de limon. It was very affordable and a healthy drink! “They offer a variety of ice cream flavors and also options for milk shakes. The only issue is the fact that they don’t have a person who is responsible for staying just in the cash register. All the employees serve the clients and sometimes you get your ice cream and need to wait to pay for your order because the employee is getting orders from other customers. As the store is located in Icon Park, lines are already expected because a lot of people go there at the same time. But the employees are friendly and let you try the flavors before you make your order.“

“Phenomenal drinks at Bar Moonshine! We got the sherbet lemon and lobe blaster. The lobe blaster is easily the best drink we had at epic across several days. It is pretty strong so you should be responsible in how many you get. The sherbet lemon was a solid drink, though the lavender was surprisingly strong and as someone indifferent about lavender it was a bit overwhelming - but that’s on me for ordering that drink as it is clear in the description that that’s the case. Service was speedy but they still made sure every question was answered while staying in character. We will definitely be back for a lobe blaster on our next visit to Epic.“

“Me and my wife stopped by on our way back to our hotel room and it was a bit busy because it seemed like the young lady upfront was the only worker in the building.
We were warmly greeted as we walked in and was made aware of the wait before ordering. The lady gave great recommendations and told us the most popular drinks which helped us pick which drinks we wanted (I HIGHLY suggest the Vacation Smoothie) Our drinks came out within 10 minutes and they were DELICIOUS!!

Amazing service from the young lady and although she seemed to have things handled and under control I would highly suggest having more than one person working in the store during busy hours.“
