“I tried the watermelon smoothie with kiwi bobas and it was amazing! The flavor was super refreshing and sweet, and honestly one of the best drinks I’ve had. What really stood out to me were the bobas, usually I find them kind of weird or chewy at other places, but these were perfect. They popped really nicely and didn’t have that strange texture some places do. I love trying out different boba shops, and this one definitely impressed me. Highly recommend!“

“At this time, this Tropical Smoothie Cafe is fairly new in this area. The staff are really swift in making orders. The staff is patient, usually most are kind. Very positive atmosphere. Not to much interaction between staff and customer other than taking customer orders. Still a good vibe and the smoothies and food are usually always consistent and on point here. And it smells clean in there too. Definitely will come here a lot. They’re great, almost as good as my fav Winter Park Location.“

I’m so glad I was able to convince him to come here rather than a regular playa bowls because the açaí was genuinely amazing! Incredibly smooth and not icy. Layered beautifully in a cup the way I was hoping it would be. On top of that the service was fast, very kind and very welcoming. I also want to mention we ordered take out, and would you believe the to-go bags are insulated to keep your açaí cold? That was a little confusing.But when we got the small cup of yogurt it was one of the most delicious things I have had. They put the fixings at the bottom and throughout the cup. “We popped in for a smoothie and were helped immediately. Our smoothies came out quickly, and they were accurate.

This place is easy to locate. There are plenty of chairs if you want to sit and enjoy your smoothie, but we were headed to the mall so we took ours to-go.

Caleb made our smoothies and was super friendly and personable, which we appreciated.

We were staying at a hotel nearby, so we came back two days in a row. We’re not from the area, but will definitely be back the next time we’re in Orlando.“

“I have been writing emails through customer service for an incident that happened about a month ago and haven’t heard anything back. I placed an order online for a flatbread and a smoothie and went in to pick it up about 20 minutes afterwards. The order wasn’t ready but understandably so since there were about 8 other customers waiting for their food and only 2 people working. I received my food about 15 minutes or so after waiting (no biggie). When I went back to my office to sit down to eat my food, I found a plastic tie for bread in my flatbread. I bit into it and it cut my tongue. I would like a refund for it and also just state that obviously accidents happen but your employees should just be careful when preparing the food. (I have video and photos to prove if necessary)“

“Try getting a bartender by the name of Lydia. that acted so unprofessional and dismissive. and makes a scene in front of small children and invites the customer to fight outside. over drinks that she didn't make right. I wonder if maybe she had a couple drinks on the job. humm very disturbing and unprofessional incident that occurred during my family’s visit to JoJo’s Shake Bar at ICON Park on International Drive in Orlando. My husband and I approached the bar because my husband felt his drink was watered down and politely stated that he did not like it. He also mentioned that he had requested a double shot. The bartender, who I was later told is named Lydia, immediately became rude and dismissive, stating she would not remake the drink and insisting she had made it correctly. When my husband calmly reiterated that he had asked for a double shot, the bartender began shouting, accusing my husband of being a liar. Her voice escalated, and the situation quickly became hostile. I asked her to calm down, as there was no reason for that level of aggression. At that point, the bartender told us “we can take this outside,” repeatedly inviting my husband and me to fight. She was jumping up and down, yelling, and causing a scene, despite other employees attempting to intervene and asking her to stop. She disregarded them entirely and continued screaming and provoking a physical confrontation. This behavior occurred in a family-oriented restaurant, surrounded by guests, including small children in strollers and my 11-year-old son, who witnessed the entire incident. The situation was humiliating, intimidating, and deeply upsetting. staff members eventually came out (I believe from the kitchen) and attempted to calm her down and instruct her to go to the back. She refused, continued yelling at him, and kept repeating that she wanted to fight us outside. Her refusal to follow supervision and her continued aggression only escalated the embarrassment and concern for everyone present. To make matters worse, my family and I had driven 2½ hours to visit this location , a restaurant we have always loved and frequented. Because of the scene she caused, we were forced to quickly finish our drinks, place our food in a box, and leave. My son was given a box for his cookie so we could exit as fast as possible due to the harassment and embarrassment. No customer should ever be treated this way , especially in front of children , and no employee should ever invite guests to a physical fight while on duty. As long-time supporters of JoJo’s Shake Bar, this experience was shocking and extremely disappointing. We will not return to this location as long as this individual is employed there.“

What an amazing experience! The mango bowls and fresh juices at Mango Fresh were absolutely delicious perfectly ripe, vibrant, and full of flavor. You can truly taste the freshness in every bite and sip. The presentation was beautiful, the service super friendly, and the atmosphere felt bright and tropical the perfect refreshment while shopping at the Premium Outlets.

If you love healthy, refreshing, and tropical treats, this is definitely the place to stop. The mango smoothie alone is worth the visit! 🍋🥭

“A secluded location hidden in a corner of a busy shopping center. Parking is limited. Tables are outdoor only, 2 metal bench types. Bruster's is known for their fresh ice cream made daily onsite. This is a chain store. I visited Bruster's in VA and, comparing the 2 stores, I would say the VA store offers better-tasting ice cream and a larger portion for the price. I ordered the exact flavor I had in VA and in FL. I assume the recipe is the same, but since it's made by store employees on-site, there is a noticeable difference in how the ice cream tastes. I found the employees friendly at both stores.“

Not knowing much about mexican drinks the girl at the cash register offered me 2 different types of drink samples. I liked the Agua de limon. It was very affordable and a healthy drink! “They offer a variety of ice cream flavors and also options for milk shakes. The only issue is the fact that they don’t have a person who is responsible for staying just in the cash register. All the employees serve the clients and sometimes you get your ice cream and need to wait to pay for your order because the employee is getting orders from other customers. As the store is located in Icon Park, lines are already expected because a lot of people go there at the same time. But the employees are friendly and let you try the flavors before you make your order.“

Food: Alcoholic Drinks are served here. I tried the Lobe Blaster which was very effervescent with a citrus hit that paired well with the moonshine. It was a great drink!

Service: Universal Cast members were friendly, inviting and kept to the character of the Wizarding World while still providing information. Great service!

Atmosphere: I was in magical Paris and Bar Moonshine is an integral part of that immersion. You will love having a drink here if you like the Harry Potter universe.“
