I have been writing emails through customer service for an incident that happened about a month ago and haven’t heard anything back. I placed an order online for a flatbread and a smoothie and went in to pick it up about 20 minutes afterwards. The order wasn’t ready but understandably so since there were about 8 other customers waiting for their food and only 2 people working. I wanted to thank the African American male manager with this review, he went out of his way to ensure Grace had her doordash ordered remade for her after the delivery guy failed to deliver her food.
