Thank you in advance for reading this. I’m disappointed in the service I received at Tropical Smoothie on SR 434. This was my first time coming to this establishment. On arrival, the 1st young lady was very kind to me. The employee walked me through the menu and helped me feel less nervous than I was concerned about. I asked if I could try a sample, and she said yes. The young lady asked her partner for a small selection for me to taste. The employee, now known as Priscilla, informed the coworker no. Priscilla approached me and said I couldn’t get a sample because they just got a big catering order and were low on the items. Wow, I was blown. What that has to do with me, I thought to myself. I decided to explain to her this was my first time here, and I didn’t want to get something unpleasant. Then Priscilla came with another excuse. Well, if my manager was here, I could give you a sample. Wow, another blow. This is the service your corporations provide. Well, you can have it. This is not a place of business I will return to. Priscilla needs to go back to school and learn customs service. How can you honor something and then take it back? This is not an honorable company.

I visited today for the first time and the employee Christ and Yamillet were very kind, cordial and friendly. Even though it was 7:30 am, both of them did their jobs in terms of spirit and dedication as best as possible. They even helped me choose a delicious dish!! Very economical. I congratulate you guys, thank you very much!! Also the place was very clean with good lighting and good music!! If they had had an area with sofas and tables to rest and study I would have stayed longer.

My visit left me pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. While the smoothie was good, it didn't quite hit the level of sweetness I personally prefer (admittedly, I tend to go for things on the super sweet side).

Always friendly faces when you come in, and it's usually never busy so you don't have to wait long. They offer mobile ordering through the app. Never ate there, so I can't speak for the food, but it seems really clean and tidy.

I love the Southwest Chicken wrap (I substitute with plant based chicken) but it's a banger of a meal, I'd recommend grabbing yourself 2 of them and 1 smoothie ??

Tropical smoothie is very consistent with their quality and ingredients. Their green smoothies are my no brainer drink/meal option in a hot day. I wish they changed their smoothie menu more often as it seems to me that they keep most of the flavors in it for years.Staff at this location is friendly and polite.

The food and smoothies are so good, I started going here every Monday-Thursday because I got a job and work at the college next to it as a Professor’s Assistant at Seminole State. Food is always fresh, cheap, and delicious.If you sign up for the app you can get good deals and build up points. My favorite is the kid’s Turkey and cheddar wrap with kale & apple slaw and the paradise point smoothie half sugar.I definitely recommend eating here for quick and good food, ordering online it’s always ready and tasty. Employees are friendly too.

I have eaten here multiple times and almost every time I've gone, the workers are all clean and considerate that they are making customers food to ingest. This date 7/28 at 6:28pm, I walked into the restaurant and observed the smoothie maker sneezing and licking her fingers while handling other customer's food - no mask and no washing of her hands afterwards. I was very disgusted and disappointed. Thankfully the woman making the wraps and taking the orders agreed to make my smoothie for me herself. Again, I typically love eating here, but that employee needs a sit down chat about proper hygiene when handling food.

Horrible. Ordered a hummus veggie wrap and it was filled to the brim with Avocado/guacamole. I don’t think there was any hummus inside. Very disappointed

Terrible customer service I ordered a smoothie and a sandwich. I got the smoothie within five minutes. The rest of my food never came out after 10 minutes. I had to ask them. Where is the rest of my water at which time they replied oh, I don’t know man let me look no one in the store that could give me a refund so I had to wait for my order to be ready by the time I got my order my smoothie was half melted I also got a melted microwaved cup of dry, sweet potatoes. They were so dry and awful.

I came in this morning for my usual. It looked like Nelly was working completely by herself handling a full screen of orders. She did an amazing job and my smoothie came out tasting like one of the best I've ever had. She deserves all of today's tips. shout out to Nelly!
