I got a smoothie from a different Planet Smoothie Location close by and their AC was out, the smoothie tasted funky and was watery once I got it so I called and Megan at the Planet Smoothie in the Winter garden village and even though she’s not affiliated with the other planet smoothie she remade my smoothie for me. That’s customer service
Store is very clean and smoothie was good. Gaby was very nice, very professional and helped me and my dad choose great smoothies thank you.
My wife severe allergies and they were amazing to make sure she had no worries
