Cons: the bathroom! I work for a house cleaning company so immediately when I went to the restroom it’s a bit dirty. The toilet needs DEEP CLEANING. I would also replace the toilet brush as well and deep clean your sinks! Probably only make the restroom for CUSTOMERS ONLY AND EMPLOYEES!

“I didnt receive all my order, told the counter worker and was promptly handed the food. A man came in from the drivethru to say he did not receive one of his food items. The manager said you will have to bring the bag back and show me. The man left to go get the bag and the manager followed him out the door. The manager said as he walked back in the door, “he’s driving an $80,000 car and worried about us not giving him a sandwich. As a side note everyone at our table was white. The man from the drive thru was of Indian decent and dressed in medical scrubs.
I immediately saw this as a racial issue. This happened on Thursday Sept 3, 2026 at approx 1230p. Please handle this issue.“

“I got a smoothie from a different Planet Smoothie Location close by and their AC was out, the smoothie tasted funky and was watery once I got it so I called and Megan at the Planet Smoothie in the Winter garden village and even though she’s not affiliated with the other planet smoothie she remade my smoothie for me. “We were in the area for my OB appointment and decided to stop in for coffee and breakfast. OMG. Everything was so good! I had the banana iced chai and the caprese omelet and I am already looking forward to my next appointment to stop in again! My husband ordered the breakfast burrito and the iced apple spice latte and he was also raving about how good it was! The only downside was there were quite a few people on laptops taking up tables, so we were anxiously waiting for one to open as we waited for our food. Thankfully a table opened up, but the seating here around 1130 was very limited.“

“Try getting a bartender by the name of Lydia. that acted so unprofessional and dismissive. and makes a scene in front of small children and invites the customer to fight outside. over drinks that she didn't make right. I wonder if maybe she had a couple drinks on the job. humm very disturbing and unprofessional incident that occurred during my family’s visit to JoJo’s Shake Bar at ICON Park on International Drive in Orlando. My husband and I approached the bar because my husband felt his drink was watered down and politely stated that he did not like it. He also mentioned that he had requested a double shot. The bartender, who I was later told is named Lydia, immediately became rude and dismissive, stating she would not remake the drink and insisting she had made it correctly. When my husband calmly reiterated that he had asked for a double shot, the bartender began shouting, accusing my husband of being a liar. Her voice escalated, and the situation quickly became hostile. I asked her to calm down, as there was no reason for that level of aggression. At that point, the bartender told us “we can take this outside,” repeatedly inviting my husband and me to fight. She was jumping up and down, yelling, and causing a scene, despite other employees attempting to intervene and asking her to stop. She disregarded them entirely and continued screaming and provoking a physical confrontation. This behavior occurred in a family-oriented restaurant, surrounded by guests, including small children in strollers and my 11-year-old son, who witnessed the entire incident. The situation was humiliating, intimidating, and deeply upsetting. staff members eventually came out (I believe from the kitchen) and attempted to calm her down and instruct her to go to the back. She refused, continued yelling at him, and kept repeating that she wanted to fight us outside. Her refusal to follow supervision and her continued aggression only escalated the embarrassment and concern for everyone present. To make matters worse, my family and I had driven 2½ hours to visit this location , a restaurant we have always loved and frequented. Because of the scene she caused, we were forced to quickly finish our drinks, place our food in a box, and leave. My son was given a box for his cookie so we could exit as fast as possible due to the harassment and embarrassment. No customer should ever be treated this way , especially in front of children , and no employee should ever invite guests to a physical fight while on duty. As long-time supporters of JoJo’s Shake Bar, this experience was shocking and extremely disappointing. We will not return to this location as long as this individual is employed there.“
