Saigon Snow Reviews
2nd time here. And so far we loved the customer service everytime we come here.
AMAZING ICECREAM! Pricey but worth it! Got a whole bowl with juicy fruits and things i never had before. Was delicious! Not too sweet. Not too creamy. Not too icey. Just perfect in my opinion. Got the Mango ice cream with Pineapple and Mango fruit.
Had no idea what Ube was, didnt think id like it but got the Ube soft serve and it was delicious. Its like a better Vanilla ice cream.

Saigon Snow is a cute little spot in the Mills Market food court on Colonial Drive, known for its delicious and refreshing shaved ice. The service is consistently noted as the friendliest and most polite, with staff being patient even when busy. While orders can sometimes take a while, the experience is worth it.
The shaved ice, or snow ice, features a fun Vietnamese twist. The serving size is ginormous, easily big enough for two or three people to share, and some wish for a smaller portion. The snow is refreshing and tasty without being overly heavy, and it comes loaded with toppings. Popular choices include fresh fruit, banh da lon (steamed layer cake) pieces, ube cake pieces, fresh mochi, rice crispys, cake crumbs, and a delicious ube whip. A condensed milk drizzle adds sweetness, with many praising the dessert for being "not too sweet." Some feel the ice itself could have a bit more flavor, but overall it is an excellent, enjoyable, and sinful treat. The creativity and unique taste make it a favorite shaved ice spot in Orlando.
