“This was our first visit I don’t know why it’s right down the road from us. Experience 10/10 clean store, fresh, lots of choices, manager was super sweet and patient we asked a lot of questions. She never got frustrated or gave us the feeling that she was tired of answering us. Both girls working were very friendly with customers.“

“The hotel itself is ok, the rooms are your standard hotel rooms, nothing fancy, cozy beds. Some visitors might say that things are overpriced, however, it’s 2026, life itself is more expensive. I would forewarn everyone staying to diligently check your hotel bill. Both my wife and I were charged separately for the 4 day/5night stay. Hoping to get that resolved, will update when that happens. Overall the staff is wonderful and friendly, the bartenders are excellent! The communication from the staff is great as well, they text and check in constantly making sure everything is going well.They accommodate for everything. The food is ok, nothing over the top, standard decent food. The grounds are nice, it is a little hidden but that’s also the nice part as well. I would recommend staying here, just pay attention to your final bill.“

“We came to Orlando for a trade show and wanted to try something new...wow are we glad we found Charcoal Zyka! Rahman is warm and welcoming, I asked for a recommendation and he suggested the Portuguese chicken...and he was so right, it was amazing!! My husband got the Tikka masala and it was phenomenal also. We have traveled to 58 countries and we can honestly say this food is just delicious, stop in and have some fantastic eats!“

“Our Little Greek lunch was just what we were looking for today. The food was prepared quickly and was delicious. The counter staff were friendly and efficient. The price was good. I recommend the gyro and Olympian wraps. The dolmades are made with rice and beef. Just so tasty.“

“Our server Verity was EXCELLENT! The manager Ken was also great. Even the restrooms were super clean. We parked right in the building and had it validated for free.“

“I love the food here, and try to stop in at least once a month. One of the better Middle Eastern/Mediterranean places in the metro and they seem to be trying to keep their prices reasonable. The interior is not fancy, but it doesn’t need to be.

I think I’m going to stop using the app, though. Both times I did, the person at the counter played it off well but it was obvious they hadn’t seen my order. “It’s coming out shortly” turns into a 15 minute wait as they start preparation. Just a minor gripe, though, because the food is still worth the wait.“

“Delicious food and very friendly owners. Very clean and comfortable. Good selection of vegan lunch items to choose among. I loved the wrap I had, despite not being vegan myself. A little tricky to find once you enter the (office) building. Walk to the very end of the hallway to the right when you pass the lobby area.“

“Andrew has been an amazing cashier every time I’ve eaten here. I’m very indecisive and on multiple occasions he has recommended things that I ended up loving! I’ve never been a huge sweets person, but their banana pudding is delicious. The tenders, whether they’re grilled, sauced, or hand breaded, are wonderful. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been very welcoming and hospitable, as well as very accommodating if any mistakes are made with the order. I highly recommend coming here and trying what they have to offer!“
