Our server Verity was EXCELLENT! The manager Ken was also great. Even the restrooms were super clean. We parked right in the building and had it validated for free.
Went to Acropolis Greek Tavern downtown for Bite 30 and was very impressed. We were able to try all the appetizers on the list. Pleasantly surprised of the amount of food we received for appetizers. The calamari was perfectly cooked and the sampler was so tasty. We also had the spanakopita and falafel and loved it all! Acropolis Greek Taverna is a hidden gem with a beautiful atmosphere, fresh and light food, and a belly dancer. The spinach dip is a favorite, the appetizer sampler is delicious, and the stuffed mushrooms are packed with flavor. The Mousaka is very good for authentic Greek food. The happy hour menu has so much. The Tirosalata, spanakopita, Greek fries, chicken pita, avgolemono, and dolmades are all really good. The chicken kabab has large, juicy pieces. The Gin Blossom cocktail relish. The service is great, with very friendly servers and staff, and pricing is very fair. Some dishes like the falafel were underwhelming, but the fries were great. The restaurant is very clean inside, outside, and at the bar. Parking validation is available.
