Based on the reviews, Paleteria El Progreso Ice Cream Shop is a very clean little shop with so many treats and offerings, including fresh baked goods, bread, pastries, shakes, and cones. This is the cutest little ice cream/paleteria with soooo maaaany options, some of which hit close to home from Puerto Rico. The Mangonadas and ice cream were delicious and made so perfect. The owner and employees are super friendly, helpful, attentive, nice, and patient. Highly recommended.
