Honestly this was my first time at a sonic and I wasn’t sure what to expect. When I got there it took me 15 mins to get tended to and this poor manager lady. only had one other staff with her and one other Cook. I can’t how stressed she probably was because of the impatient nature of paying customers. Anyway- kudos to her for not crashing out.
It took a little while for somebody to take our order and they did make a mistake. However. They did correct it and make it better.
Thank you to the lady who made my slush today, you have no idea what I was going through but you made me a really good drink and helped me out. I will appreciate your kindness and generosity and I hope you get to see this ❤

Sonic Drive-In is a popular restaurant that often receives praise for its friendly staff and delicious food. Customers highlight the excellent service, with employees going above and beyond to accommodate requests, even preparing off-menu items. While some customers can be challenging, the restaurant's dedicated team ensures a positive experience for many. However, recent reviews indicate that the food quality may have changed, with some noting that items like the Coney dog were tasteless and unsatisfactory. Despite these concerns, there are still positive experiences, such as the enthusiastic service from staff like Brenda, who provides helpful recommendations. The chicken sandwich with mozzarella sticks received high praise, and the lemon cherry drink was described as spot on good. Although the wait times may be longer and the food can be overpriced, many appreciate the effort of the team during busy times.
