Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers fresh, tasty chicken that customers enjoy. The restaurant is located in beautiful East Orlando and has received praise for its amazing staff, who provide genuine, caring, and attentive service. Special mentions go to Jackie, Pricilla, Janon, Tiyana, Latanya, and Richard for their excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for diners. However, there have been some issues with order accuracy, leading to disagreements with management. The facility has limited wheelchair accessibility, with a difficult side entrance. Despite these challenges, the drive-thru team ensures orders are correct, contributing to a positive dining experience. Customers appreciate the difference between this location and others, noting that they feel their money is valued here. While the food is usually delicious, some customers have commented that side portions may not always match the expectations set by commercials.
