Visiting from New Hampshire with my family just went the tropical smoothie at Vineland Ave the owner was awesome made all of our food and smoothies in great time. Working his butt off all by himself and doing a great job, another great experience at a tropical smoothie.
I have been to numerous TS in different cities and states. I have never had any issues. On a recent trip, I went to this location and my experience was terrible from customer service and food quality. I put in an online order around 7:15 pm. The food was suppose to be ready around 7:25 and I arrived TS around 7:35. Before I walked in, I wasn't sure if this was open because most of the lights were off. I was excited to see that there was a tropical smoothie as it is my go to in New Hampshire.Unfortunately they didn't fill the cup all the way so that was disappointing for the price.The staff were kind and the smoothie it self tasted wonderful i just wish i could have had a full cup .
