I was excited to see that there was a tropical smoothie as it is my go to in New Hampshire.Unfortunately they didn't fill the cup all the way so that was disappointing for the price.The staff were kind and the smoothie it self tasted wonderful i just wish i could have had a full cup .

This is hands down the worst location in Orlando. This is my 4th time coming to this location and they were closed. The first 3 times I went at 825pm and they had the doors locked, they were washing the floors and lights were off. This morning I went before work at 8am and once again they were closed. This location needs to either change their posted hours, worked the designated hours posted or hire new staff that actually wants to work. Based upon the reviews below me, clearly this isn't an isolated innocent and seems to happen quite often.

Do not eat any of the food there as it is rotten and not fresh and you will get sick! Thank God I ordered a salad where I can see the ingredients and not a wrap! I was served my salad with black, rotten, slimy, disgusting, cilantro, all over the top as well as some of the lettuce down below. The manager was too busy on his phone to even see what ingredients he was putting in my salad. And you will also receive your smoothie with missing ingredients. If you value your health stay away from that place!

Went there to get a juice at 7:52pm, Google says it closes at 9:00pm (see picture where it says open).The girl that was there seemed displeased to see me. I asked her if they were closed and she said that they will be in 8 minutes. I said that I only want a small juice and she didn't say anything and made an uncomfortable face. I left immediately and said thank you. Didn't even bother to say anything to me afterwards. Extremely disrespectful and 0 sense of customer service. I would give a 0 star review if I could. I love these franchise but clearly this one is not like others.
I ordered smoothies in the morning and they didn’t open on time according to their website so I never received my smoothies I spoke to the Owner who said she’d refund me and never did. And it’s been over 20days. At this point I don’t expect her to pay me back, so be warned ordering from them because you may not get your drink or food but still have to pay. I will not be returning.

I’ve been to many Tropical Smoothies but the staff here is probably the worst i’ve encountered. I walked in and was not greeted. When placing my order, the attendant simply stared at me and said nothing as they took my order. Again, when I received my order and began to walk out, nothing. Although my order was done properly, some simple customer service goes a long way and it is evident that this establishment does not have that. I also had to wait 2 minutes to be served when another staff member was present and could have jumped in.

Visiting from New Hampshire with my family just went the tropical smoothie at Vineland Ave the owner was awesome made all of our food and smoothies in great time. Working his butt off all by himself and doing a great job, another great experience at a tropical smoothie.
