He helped me over the phone when the awful AI system failed when placing my order (please reconsider that as an option because I almost hung up because of it). Not only that, he made me smile while placing my order and offered suggestions to tasty dishes since this was my first time trying this place. Upon arrival to pick up my order, he was welcoming and efficient. I will return because of Charles!! I hope all the employees are as charismatic!

“Incredible craft cocktail bar! Cass is the absolute best bartender this side of the Mississippi. Stellar service, nonpareil atmosphere, and positively scrumptious tapas (perfectly portioned).
