“I really enjoyed Sangria University! The setting at Three Bridges is beautiful, and the whole experience was well-organized and entertaining. We sampled different sangrias and got to create our own blend at the end. The chips and guacamole were a nice touch, and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun . A great find at Disney World .“

“I was really looking forward to visiting this place, and overall it didn’t disappoint! I was expecting the bar itself to be a bit bigger, but the whole setup totally makes up for it. You walk into what looks like a regular store filled with cool, geeky merch, and then....surprise!!!! There’s a secret door in the back that takes you straight into the bar. That hidden speakeasy style entrance is honestly awesome and adds a lot to the experience.

The atmosphere inside is dark, creative, and full of character....definitely a spot for anyone who loves something a little different. The service was excellent too; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made the visit even better. I’d absolutely go back, especially to bring friends who haven’t been there yet.“

“Went here for NYE 2025/2026. It was a very good choice, better than other experiences we have had on NYE in Orlando. We went with a couple of friends . It ended up being about 250.00 for a couple with drinks and coat upgrades , taxes, tip, etc. overall not too bad. The staff was very good and the party was a ton of fun. Thanks for having us.“

“I was looking for live music and loved my night at Howl at the Moon Orlando! The dueling pianos were a blast—nonstop energy, and they played many of my favorite songs and a few new ones. The staff was super friendly and had some great non-alcoholic drink options. The smallest drink was enough for me, so it was a good value for a night of blissful entertainment. The crowd was so much fun, including a few international tourists dancing around and just adding to the good times. It is the perfect spot for a lively night out. I can’t wait to come back!“

A surprise moment occurred when the Weasley-costumed guests we saw yesterday appeared and joined us at our table. They were Americans from the Midwest who come very often to the park in their Weasley disguise.“

“Beautiful older resort hotel. Our room was clean and had everything you need for a restful stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Has amazing pool area with grotto!“

Daily housekeeping was great, plentiful supply of towels, coffee, soaps etc. Wider resort was lovely to walk around. We were in Paddock which is a good distance between the main springs area and Disney springs. The pool area in paddock has a slide and kids splash park with a great bar, which has a drinks station for resort mugs open till 10. Buses were not full as we were on stop 3, not far to walk to our room in block 5. Used the artists palette for a few supplies and one breakfast. Nice but there were better quick serve food selections in non DVC resorts. All staff were great, quick to help and made our stay a breeze. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend, but more resorts to try out yet.“

“I stayed at The Hard Rock for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday in June, and Anthony, the bartender, truly made the trip unforgettable. From the first night, he was welcoming, fun to talk to, and mixed some of the best cocktails I’ve had. He not only remembered my favorite drinks but also recommended a few new ones that quickly became favorites.

What stood out even more was how much he cared about making the experience special. Anthony gave me great food recommendations around the resort, and on the night of my birthday he surprised me by sending an assortment of snacks up to my room. It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel celebrated and really added to the whole trip.

Anthony goes above and beyond—great drinks, great conversation, and genuinely top-notch service. If you’re at The Hard Rock, or enjoying the universal parks or resort, do yourself a favor and spend some time at the bar with him. He was there the last time we stayed there for my birthday as well. He’s the best.“

“My favorite thing to do here is find out a specialty drink for a holiday event and spam order as many of those as possible during my vacation.

The shark attack isn't my favorite drink, but it's my favorite to order to see the show. I rarely catch Merv here, but there's a wonderful lady who has served me many times and I hate I can't remember her name, but she gives great service and had a great attitude every time I see her.

I love that this bar is outside and you can choose to see near the water. If I decide to eat any snacks from the candy store I'll compliment them with a drink from here and then get a seat and relax for a bit.

This is a good people watching location as well.“

“Wha a great time! Musicians were fantastic and so much fun!!! They are so talented. Able to play so many genres and kept it fun. Even mindful of a few littles in the crowd and censored to keep it family friendly but still fun! Way to go!!! Drinks and food a bit pricey but the experience was great fun! “We ended up at the Signia due to having to book another hotel when my wife became poorly on holiday and we had to extend our stay in Orlando. This place is absolutely fantastic, I genuinely mean that. The lobby and reception area is bright and breezy with a lovely snack shop selling coffee and allsorts of treats. We had just the basic double queen room, but they are really nicely set out and decorated. The pool area is fantastic with a lazy river and a decent kids slide. We loved hanging at the Beech bar ? Our favourite part of our stay was the buffet breakfast. The selection and quality is just fantastic, helped along by some wonderful staff who made the whole breakfast experience just the most perfect start to the day. When we come back to the Disney area again, we will absolutely try to fit in some days at the Signia, it's a lovely calm against the happy chaos of Disney ?“

“We love the Plastered Owl! It is the perfect place to grab a drink and snack. The mango bread is AMAZING! Our favorite part was the live music. They interact with the crowd and really make it a place you want to just hangout. It’s also not nearly as crowded as other parts of the park so you can cool off and relax a bit in the middle of a crazy day! Highly recommend checking it out.“

“First off…I couldn’t believe how good the mai tai was. I’m a serious connoisseur of tiki drinks and was genuinely stunned by how good it was. PS, I had my drinks whilst floating around in the pool and hot tub. Quite frankly if you don’t have 5-star fun at Banana Cabana you don’t deserve to go to Disney, or the Caribbean Beach Resort. In fact, I 100% doubt anyone has ever had as much fun at this bar and hotel as I did.“

“Fun little back alley venue for beer butter beer and snacks. We had the daisyroot ale and the dragon scale. Both delicious. Ale very light and citrusy. Would be great on a hot summer day! Dragon scale was a little hoppy and had a lovely amber color. Recommend! Line doesn’t move too fast. At least not today. Very small but highly recommend!“

“Have been to Dockside & Surfside..been to Dockside few times, but until we tried Surfside… NOTHING COMPARES!!! Yes, it’s a smaller hotel, but the atmosphere much cozier, quieter, check in much more SMOOTHLY, staff so friendly, & the bar at the pool… no questions about it… such a fun friendly bar staff!! My daughter & I stay here at Surfside every time we are in Orlando,which we are here often(we live in Sarasota) every time we visit… bar staff Joe Andy, Garrett, & Brittney, remembers us… might not remember our names, but knows our faces, etc… Dockside bar & staff I’m not saying they’re not friendly… but service at at both hotel & bar absolutely not the same! All I can say… Dockside is ok, but SURFSIDE can’t say enough about them!!“

“I wanted to leave a more recent review, and the experience I had at the bar, the service, and the drinks were all really high caliber. I think they got rid of the problematic staff mentioned in reviews from 6-9 months prior.

Anyway, I had the Tiki Punch and the signature Volcano Bay Cocktail (forget the name). The Tiki Punch was better, and less sweet which I appreciated. The glass is reusable at the bar for about a $3 discount on your next drink. The views from here are amazing, and with the shade is the perfect place to stop for a drink and even bring your food from the nearby counter service restaurant and eat!“

“Went here with my grandparents and were greeted by Marcia and Shelly who were lovely and welcoming. We went every day and were always greeted with the same smile and service. Sadly the manager who worked there I didn’t catch his name he was also lovely and I went so often they gave me a free drink which was so kind. They shared stories and jokes which kept us entertained. Would recommend.“
