“Have you ever been to a restaurant where there’s a cohesive staff where there’s four team members that go above and beyond that actually take care of you and make sure that your food is good and that service is good? Let me tell you this restaurant there are four staff members back behind the bar who went above and beyond made sure we were taken care of made sure that our food was good. Made sure our drink stayed full and all around. They were actually great to be around. Dairis, Joe, Kaiya, Loraine were the four staff members were behind the bar and I would specifically come back for each and every single one of them. They were that good!!! So do yourself a favor go in just to see any of those four or all four together to see how well they work together because honestly again I would just go back for them alone. And yes, my tomahawk steak was good along with the asparagus and the potatoes. And the four of them made sure of that!!!“

“Neat bar on i-drive. The Fire Bar has no cover but the Ice Bar is 20 per person. However they give you a wrist band and you can come back as many times as you want if you wearing it. The ice bar is 20 degrees so they do give you jackets and gloves. You have the option to upgrade to different jackets for an additional cost. It is a cool place to visit (pardon the pun). We did go back twice in the same day. We did the ski shot the first time. Definitely worth a visit because it is a unique experience.“

Our server, Nayeli, was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and quick with spot-on recommendations. The clothesline bacon was a definite highlight. Just a touch of it with each bite completely opened up the flavor—adding a subtle, aromatic layer that elevated the whole dish. It's an unexpected twist that truly works. Also, shoutout to the bar: the scotch Old Fashioned was one of the best I’ve had—easily in my top five. Balanced, smooth, and clearly made with intention. “This is an excellent center bar to meet and talk to interesting people. My wife and I enjoyed this wonderful spot 4 consecutive evenings while traveling this summer. There was live music almost every night, and the wine selection was a lot of fun. We also enjoyed an excellent charcuterie there with the win.

The staff was excellent and very engaging with interesting conversation. I highly recommend this location to all couples looking to wind down after a long, hot day in the parks.“

“We had a bit of an unexpected delay during our visit—we arrived at 3:00 pm, but due to an error on the restaurant's side, our food wasn't served until around 4:00 pm. While the wait was longer than expected, what really stood out was how the staff handled the situation.

The manager was incredibly attentive from the moment they realised the mistake. He checked in on us several times, sincerely apologised, and did everything he could to make things right. Our waitress was equally kind and genuinely apologetic throughout. You could tell they truly cared about our experience.

To top it all off, the manager generously took care of our entire bill, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture.

Most importantly, the food was absolutely worth mentioning. The shrimp tacos were delicious, and the fillet mignon was cooked perfectly. Great food paired with outstanding customer service turned what could have been a disappointing experience into one that left a lasting positive impression.

We'll definitely be back. Thank you to the team for turning a mistake into an example of excellent hospitality!“

“I just got a beer here, but the feel of rhe place is on point. Definitely feels like an old world pub with a magical flair. This could be a regular place for me to grab a pint and wait out the heat for a bit. I would highly recommend it for older fans of the franchise.“

“My favorite thing to do here is find out a specialty drink for a holiday event and spam order as many of those as possible during my vacation.

The shark attack isn't my favorite drink, but it's my favorite to order to see the show. I rarely catch Merv here, but there's a wonderful lady who has served me many times and I hate I can't remember her name, but she gives great service and had a great attitude every time I see her.

I love that this bar is outside and you can choose to see near the water. If I decide to eat any snacks from the candy store I'll compliment them with a drink from here and then get a seat and relax for a bit.

Walking in feels like a space shuttle in a way and they hand you cold towels to whip your hands down and you sit in their waiting area and it was comfy couches but you sink in for sure! didn’t wait long for our a table at all.

The drink menu was great and also they will tweak it if you ask! The vibe was so calm and just relaxing. If you want a break away from families and the heat this is the location. I rave about this place to everyone! the drinks were strong and great!
We were sat next to a local couple and they were such a great experience with experiencing this location. Gave us great recs with their waiter who they knew. Truly a great time! i will be coming back here each trip to epcot and this will be my starting point to drink before going around the world!“

“A lovely quiet resort, immaculately presented and close to Disney Springs. We had a studio which was great for our family, really spacious. Lots of storage and useful kitchenette. Daily housekeeping was great, plentiful supply of towels, coffee, soaps etc. Wider resort was lovely to walk around. We were in Paddock which is a good distance between the main springs area and Disney springs. The pool area in paddock has a slide and kids splash park with a great bar, which has a drinks station for resort mugs open till 10. Buses were not full as we were on stop 3, not far to walk to our room in block 5. Used the artists palette for a few supplies and one breakfast. Nice but there were better quick serve food selections in non DVC resorts. All staff were great, quick to help and made our stay a breeze. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend, but more resorts to try out yet.“

“Steven at the watering hole is absolutely amazing, charismatic, and an amazing way to get us started on our universal experience.

He was extremely helpful, gave us information and suggestions. The drinks were well worth the price and I am glad that we ran into this location.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the hostess, who promptly seated us at a cozy table that perfectly set the tone for the evening. They made sure our glasses were never empty and checked in just the right amount to ensure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. For the main course, we chose the Chicken Parmesan, which was cooked to perfection with a crispy exterior and tender, juicy chicken inside. The pasta was al dente, and the meat sauce was rich and savory. It was really enough for two people to share. To top it all off, they brought two plates of their famous lemon cookies to our table, to celebrate our third anniversary. Overall, our experience at Maggiano's was nothing short of excellent.
