Shannon was amazing! She was friendly and helpful! We were giving the wrong room keys so she let us know we would miss out on a lot of discounts because we’re new timeshare owners but weren’t given the correct timeshare room keys so we were able to go back and get it fixed immediately and she saved us so much time and money during our stay! Hilton is extremely lucky to have her!
Amber was fantastic!
Nice Family atmosphere

Aloha Tiki Bar and Grill is a charming spot located by the pool area, offering limited seating at the bar. The atmosphere is excellent for enjoying food poolside, although the food is average and menu choices are not extensive. The service is attentive, contributing to a good experience. Many visitors return to this lovely place by the lake, appreciating its well-cooked and delicious meals despite the early closing time of the bar.
