She was genuine, sweet, and extremely prompt. She offered great recommendations to which I had 3 of her 4. She personable, and was quick to anticipate my every need. “We have been coming to Chuy’s for more than 10 years and last night was mo different except we had the pleasure of meeting a server by the name of Warren. We brought our next door neighbor for their first time. Granted we came 30 min from closing (horrible guests right?), and with 3 little guests, you think we would be in and out by any typical server. NOPE! Warren treated us like they just opened, best personality ever, fantastic service, above and beyond through the entire experience. We can’t say enough great things about last night. We will go back again, but now we will have a server request each and every time!! We recommend this restaurant to anyone. Will there be a wait, most likely, is it worth it, yes!! “Had a little meal stop on my way out at the socio bar and was surprised on how good the food and service was. I got ropa vieja and the bartender was very attentive, friendly and had a nice conversation. She had a cute bow in her hair. I would absolutely make this a go to spot everytime I am in the area or staying at the Gaylord.“

“The rice was pretty hard, beans are great, steak was great, chicken was fresh, waitress was a little slow, took advantage of the $3 tacos, They look like they were sitting there for a hot minute, They changed them out and the beef was better. Overall was good. Price was moderate. I'll give them another try.“

“This review must be balanced on the reality of what I experienced. I never met anyone there working with a poor attitude, everyone was very nice and pleasant. However, the staffing was short during a few days of our stay. They were overwhelmed with the amount of people eon the nicest days. This means the service experience suffered. Basically one or two people helping hundreds of people at the pool, that is not doing the service staff any favors. It certainly got frustrating a few times, but not for the lack of staff effort. They were always running to cater to the customers. I give those who were working during March 15-20 a ton of credit. This is why I list service as 3 out of 5 stars. Management should have expected the surge in customers during the northeast spring break. Food was good and atmosphere is always incredible. Overall we love it there, but the service management team need to plan better staffing. Always enjoy our time at the Salty Rim and pool. I see people having a problem with the 20% tip being automatically added to the check even for small (2-4) people, this seems very common in Orlando area. tips are generally voluntary in the Northeast, but I see it is different in most Margarittaville area restaurants. Strange but not a negative. It would be a negative is the service was poor. We did not experience poor service by any individual.“

“A super nice place, it has everything and we loved our weekend stay, my family and I had a great time, super quiet, relaxing, food for all tastes, the staff treated us very well, we placed the order for food, snacks, etc. and it didn't take long and very importantly, once we finished eating, they cleaned everything up quickly, the truth is highly recommended, don't forget to go to the restaurant on the Moor ship, the food is exquisite... “From South Florida, been going to fat Tuesdays for a while. When we visit Kissimmee/ Orlando, We also stay at the comfort suites maingate east right behind old town. Only hotel we will stay at in Kissimmee because of the location. Close to everything. When I heard they opened a Fat Tuesday there!!!!!! Locked me in even more. Love it.“

“Ty was great as always we are dvc members since 1998.when we were there thay had no food. We had to walk over to beach club for good food but why should we have to go to the beach club for fresh pool bar food. they had good burgers and salads and Frenchfries that's all my son eats and you can't find French fries on a themed boardwalk resort.“
