“We love the antipasto salad here. Any time we’re in the St. Cloud area for a shoot, we are sure to never miss the chance to stop here afterwards and treat ourselves to the salads. Always super fast and great customer service. My wife and her family have been coming for years and now I’m hooked too.“

“Message to DJ the music was extremely loud it doesn't have to be that loud, I couldn't even ask the waitress for a drink properly I would have to get my mouth in her ears for me to order a drink I couldn't hear her it was very uncomfortable , the place was nice,the empanadas was delicious and drinks and staff were super nice .“

“This was so much fun! My son was playing tennis at the USTA tennis campus so we were visiting from out of state. I googled fun things to do in Lake Nona…Boxi Park popped up and my husband loves live music. We were pleasantly surprised when it was across the street from our hotel! We had so much fun Saturday night we went back Sunday night. 2 different nights, 2 different Vibes…but we loved both evenings! Great Food, Great Drinks, Spectacular live music.“

“Update 8/15/24: Going to five stars based on stellar service for our party of 13! Miosha was an exemplary server!!! Pleasant throughout, attentive, got all the orders correct. Plus manager and several team members helped bring out our food quickly. The food was hot, fresh and tasty! We had the salmon, steak, burgers, soups and more. All were delicious. ??????
July, 2024. Great service from Allyson!!! But super loud; no sound barriers. Good party atmosphere; not great for dates, especially if you’re health-conscious. At least calorie counts are on menu. Great chicken strips! Meh Southwestern egg rolls. Chips excellent but too thin to handle thick queso. Salsa mainly cumin and watery fresh tomato purée with salt and a hint of onion. Great, from scratch ranch and avocado ranch sauces.
“Well, we’ve done our once-every-5-years visit,” remarked my husband. His daughter worked at Chilis in the 90s, so we check out Chilis every time we move somewhere new. (US Army. HU-ah!)
He always gets the appetizer platter and chips with queso. This time the recipe on the chicken seemed upgraded.
So the chicken strips were Paula Deen style (no garlic but crispy Southern fried chicken style; the crisp parts almost tasted like bacon fat without the smokiness).
The Southwestern egg rolls here cannot attain to the greatness of the huge ones we had at Claim Jumper back in the day. Those were crispier with chicken inside. These were too doughy and skinny.
Allyson, our server, was awesome; she almost read our minds. She visited us several times, yet was never obtrusive or stressed out. She smiled, cleaned and bussed tables; took orders; got the order right (plain cheeseburger for my picky husband); and noticed that the queso hadn’t been delivered by the team members so she promptly got the queso for us. She also got us appetizer plates without us having to ask her.
We sat next to a youth sports team that, at one point, were deafening with their cheers and speeches. My husband has hearing aids which get buzzy in a loud room. I hear perfectly well. Neither of us could hear ourselves think, it was so loud. This particular dining room was designed with no walls; it’s very open all the way across. I like quiet conversations and “face time” at a restaurant. I’ll pay good money for that. I guess I’m not the target patron for Chilis. And my husband, apparently, concluded the same thing.“

“I’m writing this review to highlight the exceptional service I received from my server, Jackie on October 26th. She truly went above and beyond to make my birthday so special. From the start, Jackie’s personality stood out, making me feel welcomed. I was having a hard time deciding on a dish, and she had asked me some questions about my preferences and then recommended some options she thought I’d enjoy. I took her advice, and the food was absolutely delicious! 10/10 food recommendation and will forever will be my go to now.
At one point, the kitchen made a mistake with my order, but Jackie didn’t hesitate to fix things with them and immediately stepped in to resolve it, ensuring everything was perfect. Throughout the meal, she checked in on us regularly, bringing genuine smiles and laughter each time. We even had another table nearby comment that they wished they had Jackie as their server because of the great connection we had with her! At the end of our meal she came to my table and sang happy birthday with the rest of the crew and it made me so happy!
My friends and I tried to find the manager to share our positive experience, but we couldn’t locate them. I hope this review reaches management, as Jackie deserves recognition for making my birthday so special. People like her make the world a better place to be in.
