“Osteria is really an excellent restaurant. To me, excellent cuisine is all about the flavor. And the combination of flavors, yet without compromising the distinct flavors of the herbs and spices used, is a highpoint of this establishment. Today, for lunch, we enjoyed the tomato basil and cream of mushroom soups. The tomato basil was hearty and impeccably seasoned. The cream of mushroom was not overly rich and chock full of mushrooms--incredible. The soups, paired with the Osteria house salad made for a perfect lunch. Our sons opted for the classic Margherita pizza. Their comment, "to die for!" Finally, I will not patronize a place if they act as though I am doing them a favor by patronizing their restaurant (or whatever). Quite the opposite at Osteria. From the owner, Steve (who we met 2 years ago, to the wait associate (Kevin) today, all are both gracious as well as exceedingly responsive to any request. If you wish a delicious meal, within the context of a casual, albeit very nice setting, Osteria is worthy of consideration. This has and will remain a go-to destination for our family whenever visiting Reunion Resort and the Champions Gate area!“

“Have you ever been to a restaurant where there’s a cohesive staff where there’s four team members that go above and beyond that actually take care of you and make sure that your food is good and that service is good? Let me tell you this restaurant there are four staff members back behind the bar who went above and beyond made sure we were taken care of made sure that our food was good. Made sure our drink stayed full and all around. They were actually great to be around. Dairis, Joe, Kaiya, Loraine were the four staff members were behind the bar and I would specifically come back for each and every single one of them. They were that good!!! So do yourself a favor go in just to see any of those four or all four together to see how well they work together because honestly again I would just go back for them alone. And yes, my tomahawk steak was good along with the asparagus and the potatoes. And the four of them made sure of that!!!“

Just a touch of it with each bite completely opened up the flavor—adding a subtle, aromatic layer that elevated the whole dish. It's an unexpected twist that truly works. Also, shoutout to the bar: the scotch Old Fashioned was one of the best I’ve had—easily in my top five. Balanced, smooth, and clearly made with intention. “We were lucky enough to get in and we were blown away. Not only was the atmosphere beautiful and futuristic, but the drinks and service was out of this world. Ricky was our bartender and he went above and beyond. Not only was he fun to talk to, but he provided us with creativity, education on Disney and cocktails, and amazing service. He even created us a unique cocktail based off of our liquor interests. If this was a bar within our town we would make it our local spot to go to just for his amazing service and creative cocktails.“

We brought our next door neighbor for their first time. Granted we came 30 min from closing (horrible guests right?), and with 3 little guests, you think we would be in and out by any typical server. NOPE! Warren treated us like they just opened, best personality ever, fantastic service, above and beyond through the entire experience. We can’t say enough great things about last night. The pool area in paddock has a slide and kids splash park with a great bar, which has a drinks station for resort mugs open till 10. Buses were not full as we were on stop 3, not far to walk to our room in block 5. Used the artists palette for a few supplies and one breakfast. Nice but there were better quick serve food selections in non DVC resorts. All staff were great, quick to help and made our stay a breeze. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend, but more resorts to try out yet.“

“Had a little meal stop on my way out at the socio bar and was surprised on how good the food and service was. I got ropa vieja and the bartender was very attentive, friendly and had a nice conversation. She had a cute bow in her hair. I would absolutely make this a go to spot everytime I am in the area or staying at the Gaylord.“

“You can get the bread pudding they serve at Sebastian's if you ask! The best bread pudding I've ever had, and I'm not even a huge fan of tropical flavors. Had the banana cabana drink, which was very good. The live band really impressed me as well. And a view of the fireworks if you time it right! Didn't have any actual food, but might be worth a try.“

“We ended up at the Signia due to having to book another hotel when my wife became poorly on holiday and we had to extend our stay in Orlando. This place is absolutely fantastic, I genuinely mean that. The lobby and reception area is bright and breezy with a lovely snack shop selling coffee and allsorts of treats. We had just the basic double queen room, but they are really nicely set out and decorated. The pool area is fantastic with a lazy river and a decent kids slide. We loved hanging at the Beech bar ? Our favourite part of our stay was the buffet breakfast. The selection and quality is just fantastic, helped along by some wonderful staff who made the whole breakfast experience just the most perfect start to the day. When we come back to the Disney area again, we will absolutely try to fit in some days at the Signia, it's a lovely calm against the happy chaos of Disney ?“

“Went here with my grandparents and were greeted by Marcia and Shelly who were lovely and welcoming. We went every day and were always greeted with the same smile and service. Sadly the manager who worked there I didn’t catch his name he was also lovely and I went so often they gave me a free drink which was so kind. They shared stories and jokes which kept us entertained. “This is a must! Not sure why our event was held in the Toledo Restaurant instead of Three Bridges. Weather? Needed more tables? Either way, we had a great time.

We went up to the 16th floor and checked in. They have a specific table for you which is already decked out with your glasses of sangria and chips with salsa and guacamole. When ready, your hosts (Robert and Ashley were awesome) will begin with some facts and go into the history of sangria. And it wasn't boring.

Oh, and you get a great view of the Disney property from the bathrooms. Lol.“

“Muddy Rivers Pool Bar at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort is exactly what a Disney pool day should feel like. Relaxed, fun, and just enough energy without being chaotic. It’s located right by the main pool, so you can keep an eye on the kids while still enjoying an actual adult beverage, which is a rare Disney win.

Ken behind the bar is the real deal. Friendly, quick, and knows his cocktails. He made some of the best specialty drinks we’ve had on Disney property. Full bar, great frozen options, strong pours, and the presentation was on point. If you’re staying at Port Orleans Riverside or French Quarter, this spot is a must between park days.

The atmosphere is perfect for families. Kids are splashing around, music playing, palm trees swaying, and you’re sitting there with a legit craft cocktail instead of a watered down theme park drink. It feels like a little vacation inside your vacation.
