Awesome resort to stay at with kids. The food was good, front desk staff were awesome! Perfect for just wanting to watch fireworks and not wanting to sit through the mad dash of trying to leave Epcot. Definitely recommend if you're trying to have a tropical type of Disney vacation.
We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Caribbean Beach Resort in November 2023. We arrived right before the Thanksgiving holiday, and the resort was beautifully decorated for Christmas. This resort is HUGE, so I recommend in the My Disney Experience App putting in what is important to you about your room location. A cozy poolside bar with fireworks views, Banana Cabana offers the Pineapple bread pudding you can also find at Sebastian’s Bistro. The dessert came with warm caramel to pour over the bread pudding à la mode. Service by the team was great. On a cool evening, they had heaters going, providing warmth and soft lighting.
