A cozy poolside bar with fireworks views, Banana Cabana offers the Pineapple bread pudding you can also find at Sebastian’s Bistro. The dessert came with warm caramel to pour over the bread pudding à la mode. Service by the team was great. On a cool evening, they had heaters going, providing warmth and soft lighting.

Awesome resort to stay at with kids. The food was good, front desk staff were awesome! Perfect for just wanting to watch fireworks and not wanting to sit through the mad dash of trying to leave Epcot. Definitely recommend if you're trying to have a tropical type of Disney vacation.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Caribbean Beach Resort in November 2023. We arrived right before the Thanksgiving holiday, and the resort was beautifully decorated for Christmas. This resort is HUGE, so I recommend in the My Disney Experience App putting in what is important to you about your room location. We requested to be close to the Skyliner because we were going to both Epcot and DHS on our trip, and our request was honored. We were about a 1 minute walk from the little Joffrey's kiosk/Skyliner which was great. Our room was a 2 queen bed/fold out room- and it felt cozy for the 3 of us staying there. Really the only negative about our room is that the shower/toilet space was very tiny. We were also located right near a smaller pool which was great too. Challenges of resort- size (could take multiple bus stops to get around), thin walls, only stair access for floor 2.Benefits of resort- Skyliner, good restaurants, cute decor, nice vibesI'd definitely come back here again- though I like trying out new resorts on each visit!

We booked here, frankly, for convenience and since it was last minute, it was our only option.I love utilizing the Skyliner, so that was the primary deciding factor for us staying here.We had stayed here years ago and my husband was pretty resistant to returning. Our experience was mostly negative. This was the latest we've ever had a wdw resort room ready for us, as it was well after 4pm. At a resort this large, I fail to see how it was simply impossible to place us sooner than this.We had requested adjoining rooms, as we were traveling with another family and this was not honored. Then at midnight, a family came into the room next to ours with screaming children until after 1am. At one point their children were messing around with the adjoining door to our room. Not cool. Especially when you're on edge about keeping your toddler asleep in the middle of the night. Though the gentleman at the front desk was extremely empathetic and did inform us that the timing was well within their "quiet hours" and the noisy guests could be removed from the hotel if they persisted. The quick service food was decent,And the room itself was fine to lay your head for the night. And the grounds themselves are quaint and appealing. It's really nice to walk along the "beach". I actually hate calling the sandy waterfront areas at wdw beaches, since it's Florida and they're really just reptile infested lakes and I would hate for any out-of-staters to be confused. But they do have the peaceful appearance of beaches. Wasn't my cup of tea, but doesn't mean it isn't yours.

Stopped in here waiting for our reservation time at Sebastian’s! Good choice, service was quick. Bartender Lucy was friendly and helpful with the Rum flight choices. Had a great time before dinner! Did not try the food but the drinks were good!

Drinks were ok. French fries were exceptionally crisp and nicely done. Cuban sandwich was kind of warm in places, and cold in places and the bread was a soggy mess. Asked the waiter to remove the sandwich from my bill which he did not. Had to argue with the manager about the amount of the sandwich I ate. ( I shared part of it ) She begrudgingly complied. I suppose I had been spoiled by the other superior restaurants we had eaten at the previous three days. Won’t go back. Big nope for me.

This is one of my favorite places to eat on Disney Property. The Jerk Chicken sandwich is delish— be sure to ask for extra sauce on the side to dip your fries in! Awesome staff who gave great local recommendations. I love to stop by here when I’m at Disney!

Traveling with a 1 year old is no joke- there's a lot of prep and logistics involved and for a working mom who needed to plan a last minute staycation, I wanted to choose someplace convenient. Our family just recently got our passholder membership back and haven't been to Disney for many years, since 2018. We wanted to treat ourselves and experience the Skyliner- see what the hype was about. Riviera was my first option but for the week of July 4th, they were all booked up. I felt like the next best option to go for was the moderate hotel and since we were doing both Epcot and Hollywood, CBR seemed like a safe bet. It was a big bonus that I was able to get same night reservations for Sebastians on property too. Easiest booking by calling in (I wanted to check the rep if my florida resident discount or passholder discount would be any different) and the lady on the other end was super helpful and added extra notes for a pack and play and to be close to the skyliner. We had no issues checking in thru MyDisneyExperience app and even linked our room keys to our magic bands. We got the 2nd floor in a building in Aruba. It was a 10 minute walk to all directions of the resort: either skyliner station, the lobby, the Cafe, the pool... 10 minutes. For a young couple like us, it was doable, especially since we could push the little one in the stroller and get our steps in.Parking was right outside our building which is a huge perk! Loved that we didn't even have to physically check in and wait in a line in the lobby... super worth it especially if you're running on a tight schedule for reservations at the parks. The Skyliner was worth the hype. We walked to the Riviera station for Epcot and to the CBR station for Hollywood the next day since we were staying straight in the middle. I will say, if you stay for fireworks, be prepared to wait in a way longer line leaving the parks than coming in. It took 45 mins to get on the skyliner!! Also, while on line, pull up the MyDisneyExperience app for mobile ordering before 11pm to grab late night food from the CBR lobby! It was waiting for me and still hot when I picked it up after a long day at the parks. The buildings at CBR are nostalgic, makes me feel like I'm in It's A Small World. Very vibrant and quaint. Interior of our Aruba room was small and outdated from the furniture to the paint. The bathroom is also teeny tiny... I honestly would expect way more for the price and the fact that... you know, it is still a Disney resort. I saw some Little Mermaid and pirate themed rooms but I'm sure that's part of a deluxe package for the further islands... To be honest. It was such a convenient stay and the Skyliner (if we didnt do fireworks) was so worth it. I would look for more deals but would highly encourage renovating the rooms. It is in dire need of an upgrade for a moderate resort, come on!!
