“My server was Joel. I ha be been coming her for years! The food was excellent. But the service was 2nd to none. He was very personable, he KNEW what he was doing, I recommend he is a trainer! This is how tables should be waited on,! It’s so hard to find someone who cares about, and has the attitude that he likes his job! Best service I’ve had in forever. And I’ve worked as a server/bartender for 25 years! Cheers to the service and to the Apple! Find more like Joel!“

“Everywhere you see it’s dirty tables and not being cleaned as the people leave. The staff is exhausted just like any other parent you see in this hotel. Kitchen staff not as effective as they should be because one salad to make can’t be 45 min. Most likely they were short staffed or not prepped a busy week day. Salmon on salad was a little overcook but tasted good. Still a great restaurant and great service knowing that we have to deal with madness every single day…“
