Viviana is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!
Her customer service and kindness is out of this world!!! Even out of her headset messing up repeatedly she never got fustrated and done exactly what she was supposed to with a smile on her face!!!
the only reason the stars are that high is because a worker named gianna she’s attentive and great with customers and i notice that she dosent get any help and is multitasking the whole time while this other lady with braids is just sitting watching her do all the work. gianna has great customer service and has a positive attitude, she’s definitely a staple to the team! the other girls need to work on that nasty attitude.
Really nice Dunkin with very kind staff. I was waiting for my oil change to finish at the Walmart Auto Center and the manager came up and in a serious tone saying I had to order something to sit there. I was kind of taken aback but then after a few seconds he started laughing and handed me a drink free of charge. What a guy
