“Every state we have lived in, we always try and find the best local donut shop. This is it for us!! The donuts are delicious, staff is super friendly and the service is quick! We also tried a few breakfast sandwiches and those were delicious too. This place is a must try.“
“I live in South Lakeland and my grandson and I were craving donuts. We went to the local donut shop in Mulberry to discover they are on a much deserved vacation. So we ventured over to Hole in One on James Redman in Plant City. Much to our surprise, we were beyond pleased with the service and most importantly, the donuts. I requested 2 types of donuts that are not normally on the menu (so I was advised) but upon inquiring about them, I was reassured that they would be happy to make them. That is service!!! Run, don’t walk to get the fresh, tasty treats. This is my new go to!!!“
“I arrived on the day they changed their seasonal menu offerings-and after one look at the "Lucky Duck" March flavors, I felt like I was just that-a lucky duck-especially since this was my maiden voyage. All the green icing-the Lucky Charms cereal-the spring flavors... this duck knows how to make a great first impression! Duck Donuts started in Duck, North Carolina. They've fully leaned into the duck theme, with a cute mascot named Ollie and cheerful bright colors. There's table seating and a high counter by the front window plus a separate room, away from the ordering/decorating area. All of the donuts are the same base. It had a vanilla flavor and the texture is the perfect middle ground: not too dense or chewy-but not too light and airy, either. Same for the toppings-they're not cloyingly sweet... but full of flavor. Goldilocks would love this place-everything's "just right." So, I ordered a half dozen. I loved the bacon one-Mom was all about the cinnamon. We split the lemon with sprinkles and it was spring in a ring-so bright and sunshiny. We're only halfway through the six, but I'll update you as we taste more. I paid about $15 for the half dozen. You can watch them decorate each one (so fun! All those tubs of frosting/glaze!) and their boxes are adorable. The staff is so personable and warm. I felt so welcomed. What a bonus on a tasty Tuesday. I'd come back just to chat again with them! But I also can't wait to try the drinks, ice cream concoctions and donut sandwiches (!) This shop is conveniently located in the Bloomingdale Square plaza-which has a Publix, First Watch and Beall's, as well. It's on the north side, closest to Bloomingdale Ave-so you can *duck right in and right out.“
“The best donut spot hands down! I have been coming here for years they are definitely worth the drive to Plant City! The pictures of the donut holes don't do it justice! The sugar ones literally taste like churros! They also make the best hot french vanilla coffee ☕ I also do love their pigs-in-a-blanket unfortunately they were sold out this morning when I got there at 9:30 that is the thing about this business that they sell out very quickly because everything is so delicious so make sure to be there bright and early!!“
“Nice little doughnut shop and way better than those brand name over priced chain brand doughnut shops. I would rather give my money to this shop than be ripped off by big chain stores. This store serves so much more than pre-froozen microwave doughnuts or those raw doughnuts from that other overpriced stores.“
“When you walk in you’re always welcomed by the friendliest owners and staff and it’s super clean and smells amazing. They’re so knowledgeable and helpful as to what you want! I’ve had tried a few protein shakes and just now had my first delivery order for a mega tea (delicious) and cupcake! Always appreciate your quick responses and assistance! Thank you so much!“
“I met Nicki and Maria as I was trying to get something else and she was so kind to give me a card for Sugar free smoothies which is rare to find. I WAS DELIGHTED to try it also made with Stevie it was a cool treat!! I will be back! As the terminator says Evelyn H“
“This place is on point. Very mixed bag of personalities all under one roof, customer and employee, alike. For a small, restaurant connected to a gas station, it really handles a lot of people at all hours of the day. Worth the wait and nice to see them hiring and training new faces. After Covid people seem to have given up working but this crop of fresh faced kids really work hard to serve coffee 24/7 off the side a the [redacted] freeway.Parking: Probably about 15 or 20 spaces in safe areas.Kid-friendliness: Someone cracked wise about her Sonic shirt.Wheelchair accessibility: The staff was very kind to my service dog and to my family.“
“Image was so amazing. We could hear her smile through the speaker in the drive through and she was just as kind when we pulled up. Give this girl a raise asap because it is so hard to have that kind of amazing attitude in customer service these days. Especially with customers being so rude and staffing so thin. Image is the best <3“
“Is it hard to answer a phone call when there is over 5 employees staffed? My order was incorrect, I was given no receipt and it was not resolved by manager because of their unacceptable attitudes. Where is corporates number ? and how do I get a “
