My experience at Dunkin’ Donuts was a mix of positives and negatives. The girl who took our order was nice and friendly, which added a pleasant touch to our visit. However, I was disappointed with the pancake breakfast wraps I ordered. Although they were fresh, they were dry and lacking the expected syrup. This made the wraps difficult to enjoy, and I had to choke them down. It was surprising that no syrup packets were included with the meal, especially since I ordered two wraps....read full review
Wait was ridiculous due to a meeting. No one acknowledged us, people at the drive up window were not allowed to have thier orders that were sitting by the window. Very unprofessional treatment.

I haven't been to Dunkin' Donuts in weeks and the manager remembered my name. I have not expected that type of pride in a person's job commitment to someone's customers in a very long time. I am always greeted when I come through the door and the cashier always remembers my order and when something new comes out she suggests it.
