I haven't been to Dunkin' Donuts in weeks and the manager remembered my name. I have not expected that type of pride in a person's job commitment to someone's customers in a very long time. I am always greeted when I come through the door and the cashier always remembers my order and when something new comes out she suggests it.

My experience at Dunkin’ Donuts was a mix of positives and negatives. The girl who took our order was nice and friendly, which added a pleasant touch to our visit. However, I was disappointed with the pancake breakfast wraps I ordered. Although they were fresh, they were dry and lacking the expected syrup. This made the wraps difficult to enjoy, and I had to choke them down. It was surprising that no syrup packets were included with the meal, especially since I ordered two wraps. To make matters worse, my coworker, who ordered the same thing at the same time, also did not receive any syrup with his order. While the service was pleasant, the oversight with the pancakes left me unsatisfied.
