“I arrived on the day they changed their seasonal menu offerings-and after one look at the "Lucky Duck" March flavors, I felt like I was just that-a lucky duck-especially since this was my maiden voyage. All the green icing-the Lucky Charms cereal-the spring flavors... this duck knows how to make a great first impression! Duck Donuts started in Duck, North Carolina. They've fully leaned into the duck theme, with a cute mascot named Ollie and cheerful bright colors. There's table seating and a high counter by the front window plus a separate room, away from the ordering/decorating area. All of the donuts are the same base. It had a vanilla flavor and the texture is the perfect middle ground: not too dense or chewy-but not too light and airy, either. Same for the toppings-they're not cloyingly sweet... but full of flavor. Goldilocks would love this place-everything's "just right." So, I ordered a half dozen. I loved the bacon one-Mom was all about the cinnamon. We split the lemon with sprinkles and it was spring in a ring-so bright and sunshiny. We're only halfway through the six, but I'll update you as we taste more. I paid about $15 for the half dozen. You can watch them decorate each one (so fun! All those tubs of frosting/glaze!) and their boxes are adorable. The staff is so personable and warm. I felt so welcomed. What a bonus on a tasty Tuesday. I'd come back just to chat again with them! But I also can't wait to try the drinks, ice cream concoctions and donut sandwiches (!) This shop is conveniently located in the Bloomingdale Square plaza-which has a Publix, First Watch and Beall's, as well. It's on the north side, closest to Bloomingdale Ave-so you can *duck right in and right out.“
“I love Dunkin Coffee and our kiddo loves donuts and donut holes from here. I would love it even more if their coffee was consistent. It seems one time I go and it's not sweet enough and the next time I go it's too much milk/creamer. I don't know how to fix this issue as I've been told that it's auto measured out by the system. But it certainly seems that something is off if I never get the same thing twice even though my order is always Iced Caramel Macchiato. (To be fair this is an issue I have at ever Dunkin not just this one, but this one is my "home" store).“
“Drive thru experience was quick and easy.I ordered thru the mobile app and I got there pretty quickly from the Publix across the street. My order was ready when I got there and the women at the window were very friendly. The drinks are usually hit or miss but this drink was pretty good this time. The flavor was just right.“
“The manager at this location is really sweet anytime an order is made wrong they always give me what I need which is why I am giving this location a 4. If the manager was not as cool it would be a 3 only because the coffee can be a hit or miss at times. One day it's good and the next day it can taste like pure water unfortunately.“

The Uber driver called to inform me they were out of what I wanted, and the K.K employee got on the phone apologized and offered me something else. “today was my birthday so as a splurge we got the guava filled glazed croissants- oh my, they are to die for!! we've always had excellent customer service here, too! I don't know her name, but it was a very pleasant woman who recommended the guava croissants, and they're now our favorite! (love the apple fritters and pigs n a blankets too!)“
“I have seen and heard the hype of this place, so I figured I would finally jump on the wagon and try it for myself. I went in around 1230PM on a Tuesday and it wasn't busy at all. There were 2 people working (One in the kitchen and one behind the counter). I ordered 6 mochinut and an ube boba. I was given the donuts quickly but due to there not being enough ube drink made, I had to wait for a new batch. I understand that happens but what came next annoyed me. The woman told me to wait a couple minutes and she told the other employee she needed more ube for the drink. he didn't go make it right away, instead they proceeded to help 4 people behind me and make their drinks while I wait and wait. Finally they made the drink mix and finished my drink. And then instead of stirring it like usual, I was told to stir it myself well. As far as taste ratings go, the ube boba was sub-par. I've had much better before because I feel like this one lacked that actual flavor, and tasted more like milk and just brown sugar. The mochinut donuts are a different story! I grabbed a cookies n cream, strawberry cheesecake, matcha, milk tea, chocolate cinnamon churro and strawberry funnel cake. These all were delicious! I ended up cutting each one in half and sharing with my boyfriend so we could try all of them.I will for sure be back for the mochinuts, but not the boba drinks.“
“Every state we have lived in, we always try and find the best local donut shop. This is it for us!! The donuts are delicious, staff is super friendly and the service is quick! We also tried a few breakfast sandwiches and those were delicious too. This place is a must try.“
