The staff has always been super friendly and accommodating. It’s my kids’ favorite place to eat so I take them every chance I get!”

“Delicious as usual however, we ordered one stuffed pizza split with different toppings on either side of the pie. I instructed them to put one of the toppings particular to that side so we could identify which side was which. they told us they couldn't do that but they would make each side identifiable. They didn't. We had no way of knowing which side was which. If I tell you how I want my pizza, please make it that way. This doesn't mean we will not order again because it is great pizza.”

“I went back to this location just because I remember the GM Nathaniel (Nate) being so amazing last time. Over 6 months ago. HE IS STILL THERE BEING GREAT!! I smiled so big seeing him and he remembered me as well!! The food was HOT AND PERFECT and the team was all smiling and working together. Calling out orders and responses back to one another were respectful and very “teamworky”. Reminded me of the wonderful good ol’ days when teams worked great together because of an amazing leader such as Nathaniel. I pray he is valued because I only come back because of him and his love for his team. SEE YALL LATER!!”

“25 mins to get our waters and drinks after sitting down...and then our waiter didn't put in my husbands dinner, so when the food came, it was an appetizer and 1 meal. Awful service. The Mgr made up for it by comping our first round of drinks and my husband's dinner (that was never put in), but wow. I feel like I was getting punked tonight.”

“Second time having the cold pressed fresh juices from here (and a great peanut butter, almond milk, vanilla protein, almond milk shake!) You can buy in 8 or 16 oz glass, or in disposable cups for $1 less per drink. Very friendly and helpful service, immaculately clean store. (Half of the store is shake and supplement Powders and snacks) This business is a few doors down from Crunchfitness in Valrico. (Lithia Pinecrest) I'm using the juices to rebuild health after cancer treatments. My daughter and her friend did a juice fast and are using it in conjunction with their workouts.”

“Stopped by their new location today for some dinner for our family. First timers & we most definitely will be back! Ordered the steak & shrimp Tropi Boy, The Chick Shack Sandwich & a grilled cheese kids meal. Man o man! So so so good! The flavor of the meats are mouth watering. I don’t know what kind of sauce they use but I want more of it! Thank you for the yummiest dinner we’ve had this week! Thankfully we live close so this will become a regular spot for us. ♥️”

“I stopped by Cold Stone on a Thursday night, and I just wanted to give Andrew a shoutout because he was amazing. There had to be at least 10–15 people in front of me, but he stayed patient, friendly, and in a good mood the whole time. He treated everyone with kindness and never looked annoyed or rushed, even with such a long line.

By the time it was my turn, he made my ice cream perfectly, and you could tell he actually enjoyed helping people. It honestly made my night. Give that man a tip, a bonus, or a raise—he deserves it! And y’all definitely need a third person working on holiday weekdays because it gets busy.”

“This is an awesome place and especially during the football season. I've met so many new friends and acquaintance at this location and have had fun and substantial conversations. The staff is friendly, and attentive, always finds the football games when you need to watch your team. The managers are hospitable and welcoming, i recommend this place and look forward to coming back to watch the Eagles rock the house.”

“I had the pleasure of dining in the Valrico restaurant and tho my review is not all pleasant the results of my issue was pleasant...My mom and I came in for dinner after her Chemo Treatment...Our waitress Bianca was very nice...we ordered our food a Pancake breakfast and Pot Pie...as we waited some time we noticed that tables whom were seated after us were getting their food...well after the 3rd table was served I finally called our waitress over to ask how long would it be she politely responded I'm checking on it now...so I asked could I please speak with a manager...The reason being is that I felt I didn't need to address the waitress because she was going to continue serving us and I didn't want the tension between us...The manager came out can't remember her name I explained to her that we had been waiting quite a while for our food and in the meantime no one said anything to us of why it's taking so long...she apologized and offered us freebies to our satisfaction...We refused the freebies because we wanted what we ordered we didn't come to get anything free...To my surprise she was very professional listened to our problem with a pleasant attitude...Even tho we refused she brought dessert to the table..just wanted to say Thank you to not only her but also Bianca I will definitely be back again...The our dinner was amazing...”

“We ordered our meal thru the Arby's app and not one item was missed. The drive thru staff was accurate and friendly. The mobile app did give us a time that our food would be ready, which seemed really fast for our large order...we waited at drive thru an additional 8+ from the app time.”

“Last year for my small business Christmas party I want to Firehouse Subs for catering. The price was amazing. But when we set up that evening we noticed that the order was flipped, mostly veggie sandwiches and very little meat, it was ordered the other way. My husband ran to Public and got meat and Firehouse Subs refunded my money and offered to remake the order, which I declined. This year, I tried them again. It was PERFECT!! Everyone ate everything and the price, again, amazing. Thank you Firehouse Subs, we look forward to next year!!”

“I have been a long-time frequent customer and was very disappointed after trying their new online order process. There was no disclaimer the order would be delivered through a meal service rather than their own drivers. I received cold pizza and soggy wings nearly 2 hours later after the new delivery service decided to drive my pizza around the area fulfilling other customer’s orders from other restaurants first, this is after it likely sat at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes after it was ready for delivery. Had I known this, I would have called in my order directly as I have done in the past. We live within 5 minutes of the store and always receive hot pizzas quickly when ordering via phone. I should have noticed the increased menu prices and realized it was to account for a delivery service fee, but I didn’t. There should be a disclaimer on your website that online orders are delivered through a contracted delivery service. When calling to get an update on the delay I was put on hold and hung up on four times before giving up.”

“I was not sure of what to order, but two people there helped me to find what I was looking for (I wanted vegan options and also I wanted non-caffinated tea) and they were able to accomodate. They added just the right amount of ice to not make it too cold. It was the best boba tea I've ever had!😃😋”

“Went here with my dad—we’re both Puerto Rican, born and raised. Despite some bad reviews, we were pleasantly surprised.

Alcapurria and Queso Frito were excellent. The stuffed mofongo was one of the best I’ve had in Tampa, while the arroz con gandules tasted reheated. Prices felt a bit high for a casual Puerto Rican spot in Brandon.

Pros: Great appetizers, excellent mofongo, friendly service
Cons: Rice quality, slightly pricey

Overall, a solid meal. I wouldn’t go out of my way, but I’d return if I’m nearby. Grade: B+”

“I absolutely love the pizza here. If they have a great quality and great customer service. The buffalo crispy chicken pizza is amazing as well as the barbecue crispy chicken. If you have been thinking on trying it do so it’s amazing”
