“I stopped by Cold Stone on a Thursday night, and I just wanted to give Andrew a shoutout because he was amazing. There had to be at least 10–15 people in front of me, but he stayed patient, friendly, and in a good mood the whole time. He treated everyone with kindness and never looked annoyed or rushed, even with such a long line.

By the time it was my turn, he made my ice cream perfectly, and you could tell he actually enjoyed helping people. It honestly made my night. Give that man a tip, a bonus, or a raise—he deserves it! And y’all definitely need a third person working on holiday weekdays because it gets busy.”

“Delicious as usual however, we ordered one stuffed pizza split with different toppings on either side of the pie. I instructed them to put one of the toppings particular to that side so we could identify which side was which. they told us they couldn't do that but they would make each side identifiable. They didn't. We had no way of knowing which side was which. If I tell you how I want my pizza, please make it that way. This doesn't mean we will not order again because it is great pizza.”

“I had the pleasure of dining in the Valrico restaurant and tho my review is not all pleasant the results of my issue was pleasant...My mom and I came in for dinner after her Chemo Treatment...Our waitress Bianca was very nice...we ordered our food a Pancake breakfast and Pot Pie...as we waited some time we noticed that tables whom were seated after us were getting their food...well after the 3rd table was served I finally called our waitress over to ask how long would it be she politely responded I'm checking on it now...so I asked could I please speak with a manager...The reason being is that I felt I didn't need to address the waitress because she was going to continue serving us and I didn't want the tension between us...The manager came out can't remember her name I explained to her that we had been waiting quite a while for our food and in the meantime no one said anything to us of why it's taking so long...she apologized and offered us freebies to our satisfaction...We refused the freebies because we wanted what we ordered we didn't come to get anything free...To my surprise she was very professional listened to our problem with a pleasant attitude...Even tho we refused she brought dessert to the table..just wanted to say Thank you to not only her but also Bianca I will definitely be back again...The our dinner was amazing...”

“The Applebees in Valrico have really UPPED their game...salads were FRESH..no limp or brown lettuce, dressings awesome. Entree (ribs for me) arrived hot...as were my family's meals. Ask for Shaun C to server you. He was incredible. Checked often..got dinner out as soon as it was up, drinks full, great personality... Bathrooms clean. That's right..clean and smelled nice. Restaurant, clean. Nothing on the floor. Football on tv. Soccer on tv. Nascar on tv. Bar busy. All in all, probably our best experience there. A fluke, you say? Maybe. Will find out in two weeks when we go back.”

“We visited this location on a trip from Michigan to Florida because it's attached to a gas station. The service was friendly enough and the lobby was fairly clean except pretty much all the tables could have used a wipe down.

The Meat and Three box priced at $7.99 is the best value available at any fast food restaurant and it's absolutely delicious! I started getting it during the time of year the fish is available but opted for the chicken sandwich this time around. I also prefer potato cakes to fries and you can't go wrong with mozzarella sticks and a peach cobbler egg roll for dessert.

My only complaint is that for the price of their chicken tenders, they should actually be consistently sized tenders and not glorified boneless wings or tiny pieces of chicken buried in a whole lot of breading.

I worked at Arby's in high school and shortly after when the home style chicken tenders were first launched and they came in a snack pack with curly fries (which was even before they offered a straight fry option). Those chicken tenders were legit. I also worked there when they first launched a straight fry and those were significantly better than the crinkly fries they have now.”

“I have been a long-time frequent customer and was very disappointed after trying their new online order process. There was no disclaimer the order would be delivered through a meal service rather than their own drivers. I received cold pizza and soggy wings nearly 2 hours later after the new delivery service decided to drive my pizza around the area fulfilling other customer’s orders from other restaurants first, this is after it likely sat at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes after it was ready for delivery. Had I known this, I would have called in my order directly as I have done in the past. We live within 5 minutes of the store and always receive hot pizzas quickly when ordering via phone. I should have noticed the increased menu prices and realized it was to account for a delivery service fee, but I didn’t. There should be a disclaimer on your website that online orders are delivered through a contracted delivery service. When calling to get an update on the delay I was put on hold and hung up on four times before giving up.”

“I was not sure of what to order, but two people there helped me to find what I was looking for (I wanted vegan options and also I wanted non-caffinated tea) and they were able to accomodate. They added just the right amount of ice to not make it too cold. It was the best boba tea I've ever had!😃😋”

“Last year for my small business Christmas party I want to Firehouse Subs for catering. The price was amazing. But when we set up that evening we noticed that the order was flipped, mostly veggie sandwiches and very little meat, it was ordered the other way. My husband ran to Public and got meat and Firehouse Subs refunded my money and offered to remake the order, which I declined. This year, I tried them again. It was PERFECT!! Everyone ate everything and the price, again, amazing. Thank you Firehouse Subs, we look forward to next year!!”

“The food was ok. Not as flavorful as I would have liked. We got the Hibachi with chicken and the Chicken Pad Thai. The Hibachi comes with white rice, so I had to add fried rice for $3.00 which was frustrating since it was already pricey and especially since it wasn't very good fried rice. The chicken and veggies were plentiful. The Pad Thai was ok. It just wasn't as flavorful as other places we have had it at.”

“Someone needs to make Chris the manager asap! No offense to the current manager. Actually I take that back.. the manager there was zero help during the phone conversation i had with Chris when I accidentally called the wrong location (by the way google needs to fix numbers to certain locations because I just hit dial valrico chick-fil-a & it called the Bloomingdale). There was some confusion because when the first woman who answered the phone didn’t clarify it was the Bloomingdale location. I explained I had just came through the drive thru, what I ordered and how I paid. Unfortunately she was unable to find my receipt and since I had ran home to drop off the hot food I did get to my older kids I didn’t have the receipt on me. When I returned back I parked in the parking lot because I still had my younger kid with me and my dog and that’s when Chris hopped onto the phone to try and help. At first I expressed I understood it wasn’t Chris fault but the more I became frustrated that they couldn’t find my receipt especially because the woman who answered asked if I drove a black SUV and I did so I assumed I definitely had the right location and she had remembered who I was. Eventually Chris apologized that they were not able to give me the kids meal even though Chris stated he believed me and could hear my child getting upset in the background which is when I got more upset and started to raise my voice because I couldn’t understand if the woman that answered asked if I was in the black suv she must of remembered me coming there, they were saying they believed I didn’t get my meal, they could hear my child upset over it then why couldn’t they just give me the kids meal without the receipt. I mean it’s a freaking kids meal just give the crying child the dang kids meal at this point.. you claimed you believed me and I wasn’t lying I really did purchase a kids meal I never received. Let me clarify that I didn’t realize when I drove away I didn’t have the kids meal because I received two bags, one with the number 3 with lg fries and a spicy filet so I figured the other bags was the kids meal but it was just the kale salad so when I got home and opened the bags, I saw they never gave me the kids meal. After 10 mins of Chris trying to come to a solution, he finally asked if I was calling the right location and that’s when we understood I wasn’t! Chris stayed extremely calm and respectful even when I started to become very emotional over the fact they wouldn’t just give the kid his meal that I had just paid for 10 mins prior with cash! Chris also expressed that people call his location often expressing they didn’t receive food not realizing they are calling the wrong location which I believe is because google has the wrong numbers associated with the wrong locations! Anyway, Thank you Chris for all your help and I hope for Chick-fil-a praises you for all your hard work, understanding and the fact you stay calm under pressure! It was a pleasure to speak with you and I know one day you will be an amazing manager if that’s where your future brings you!”
