“I had a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to Dani. From the moment we were seated, she provided exceptional customer service and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She was attentive without being overbearing, checked in at all the right times, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.
Dani went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered helpful suggestions, and kept everything running seamlessly from drinks to dessert. Her positive attitude and friendly personality really stood out and made the whole visit more enjoyable.
It’s clear that Dani takes pride in her work and truly cares about her customers. Applebee’s is lucky to have her on their team—she made a lasting impression, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of service like hers!“

“My first time here. I just wanted a quick cocktail after Christmas shopping. I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Mind you, this was a Thursday at 9 o’clock (12/19/24). I can’t tell you more about how awesome the bartender (Ericka) was. I was the only guest at the time and she made my experience feel like one of her regulars (that she liked). 2-4-1 until 9pm. Smoking outside. I didn’t order food so I can’t speak on if it’s served. I will bring someone next time to plant Jenga or Connect 4. They do have a smart Jukebox as well as a Selfie Backdrop. Please don’t sleep on this place. They open at noon-3am. Do it, because I told you to. @staysalty“

“Editing again ... Stacy the manager was so sweet and so on top of everything. We appreciate managers like her! She was literally sitting people, cleaning and chatting with her customers, along with us. She's a 5 star just by herself. The bartender Anna she was the bartender, the host and the server and she makes the BEST long island ice teas, sorry Leslie you are second though! Oh let's not forget the chef 🤌🏻 perfecto! Applebee's y'all know how to pick your staff.
Editing.. We've been in several times since my first review but this employee went above and beyond and deserves to be noticed. Lesley P ✨ was above five stars. She makes amazing long Island ice teas but also makes sure you're very well taking care of. Thank you Lesley, the world needs more people like you!

“I was here for the Steelers Bucs preseason game. The crowd was friendly. The drinks affordable and the bartenders were top notch.

“Lots of TV’s for sports Been here a few times and the food was good however, the bowl I ordered was terrible. Jasmine rice stuck together like glue. Overall not a good dish. I did not send it back so only my fault. Hubbys burger & grandsons chicken sandwich were ok. Fries VERY SALTY. Probably ok place to eat if you order the right thing“

“I've been a regular at Duke's Brewhouse every Thursday for quite a while, and Liv is hands down the best server I've ever had there. She's always friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes every visit enjoyable. She remembers the little details, checks in at the right times, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
To be completely honest, when Liv isn't my server, the experience just isn't the same. For me, the service drops to about a 2-star experience at best. That's not meant to put anyone down—it just highlights how exceptional Liv is. She sets the standard for what great customer service should look like.
Duke's Brewhouse is fortunate to have someone like Liv on the team. She's a big reason I keep coming back every Thursday, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does.“

“Honestly some of the best food in Tampa can be found right here, at the bar inside of an old ice hockey rink. You wouldn't think so, but legit true. The wings and chicken Caesar wrap are best I've had. Fries, onion rings, burgers also all good. They keep wine in stock pretty much just for me and the hockey WAGS, greatly appreciated. Can't say enough good things.“

“Our server, Jailah, was a rock star during our visit. The place was packed and she stayed on top of our table to ensure a great night out with my wife. The food was delicious and the drinks kept coming. Well done Jailah!
We returned on 5/2/26 and sat at the bar. Laila was our master-of-drinks and was a breath of fresh air. I wish all of the bartenders were as efficient as she was. Never had to get her attention for a refill because she kept an eye on things. Outstanding! They have a male bartender that is extremely slow and disconnected from the customer service role. He's better suited for handing out samples at Costco. If he's on the bar, we turn around and leave. Laila runs circles around him. Thanks for a great time Laila.“

“25 mins to get our waters and drinks after sitting down...and then our waiter didn't put in my husbands dinner, so when the food came, it was an appetizer and 1 meal. Awful service. The Mgr made up for it by comping our first round of drinks and my husband's dinner (that was never put in), but wow. I feel like I was getting punked tonight.“
