“25 mins to get our waters and drinks after sitting down...and then our waiter didn't put in my husbands dinner, so when the food came, it was an appetizer and 1 meal. Awful service. The Mgr made up for it by comping our first round of drinks and my husband's dinner (that was never put in), but wow. I feel like I was getting punked tonight.“

“The Applebees in Valrico have really UPPED their game...salads were FRESH..no limp or brown lettuce, dressings awesome. Entree (ribs for me) arrived hot...as were my family's meals. Ask for Shaun C to server you. He was incredible. Checked often..got dinner out as soon as it was up, drinks full, great personality... Bathrooms clean. That's right..clean and smelled nice. Restaurant, clean. Nothing on the floor. Football on tv. Soccer on tv. Nascar on tv. Bar busy. All in all, probably our best experience there. A fluke, you say? Maybe. Will find out in two weeks when we go back.“

“My first time here. I just wanted a quick cocktail after Christmas shopping. I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Mind you, this was a Thursday at 9 o’clock (12/19/24). I can’t tell you more about how awesome the bartender (Ericka) was. I was the only guest at the time and she made my experience feel like one of her regulars (that she liked). 2-4-1 until 9pm. Smoking outside. I didn’t order food so I can’t speak on if it’s served. I will bring someone next time to plant Jenga or Connect 4. They do have a smart Jukebox as well as a Selfie Backdrop. “We decided to have lunch at Applebee’s several times and also came back for dinner on multiple occasions. The service at the bar was excellent, and everyone who served us was friendly, welcoming, and professional.

We were also very impressed by the wonderful initiative involving donations in exchange for a lemonade to support children battling cancer. It is truly admirable that Applebee’s encourages this kind of generosity and gives customers discounts based on the donation they make.

A fantastic initiative and a great example of how a restaurant can make a positive difference in the community.“

“Great place fir a late night drink. We were leaving the Jack Johnson concert about 11:30 pm. Most other bars and restaurants were closing at midnight. All we were looking for was a nightcap before returning to our hotel. Paddy Wagon Irish Pub is open until 3 am, so we went and enjoyed a couple drinks. It is a no frills, no food bar with great service and good drinks. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Glad we made it!“

I did not send it back so only my fault. Hubbys burger & grandsons chicken sandwich were ok. Fries VERY SALTY. Probably ok place to eat if you order the right thing“

“I've been a regular at Duke's Brewhouse every Thursday for quite a while, and Liv is hands down the best server I've ever had there. She's always friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes every visit enjoyable. She remembers the little details, checks in at the right times, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

To be completely honest, when Liv isn't my server, the experience just isn't the same. For me, the service drops to about a 2-star experience at best. That's not meant to put anyone down—it just highlights how exceptional Liv is. She sets the standard for what great customer service should look like.

Duke's Brewhouse is fortunate to have someone like Liv on the team. She's a big reason I keep coming back every Thursday, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does.“
