I love this place and visit when visiting Tampa. Shamrock's is a great bar and restaurant with excellent food — including the Caesar salad, meatloaf, Reuben, and veggie burger — and nice drink specials (weekdays from two to six). Wonderful service especially from April, Jaimie, and owner Eric, whom always treat me like a regular.

Our waitress Della is awesome. The food was amazing. Fried mac and cheese bites... that was a surprise; so good. The shepherd pie was so great. It's rare to find someone that actually knows how to make it. Guinness on tap, seasoned fries cooked at the exaft correct temperature to be soft on the inside and crunchy outside.
