“Awesome bar and even better staff!“

“We decided to have lunch at Applebee’s several times and also came back for dinner on multiple occasions. The service at the bar was excellent, and everyone who served us was friendly, welcoming, and professional.

We were also very impressed by the wonderful initiative involving donations in exchange for a lemonade to support children battling cancer. It is truly admirable that Applebee’s encourages this kind of generosity and gives customers discounts based on the donation they make.

A fantastic initiative and a great example of how a restaurant can make a positive difference in the community.“

“Amazing food! In addition to the delicious tacos, the rice and beans are to die for. Customer service is top notch. Can’t wait to order again in a few days.“

“Rylee was awesome! She was very personable & attentive to our needs!“

“Great food!“

“25 mins to get our waters and drinks after sitting down...and then our waiter didn't put in my husbands dinner, so when the food came, it was an appetizer and 1 meal. Awful service. The Mgr made up for it by comping our first round of drinks and my husband's dinner (that was never put in), but wow. I feel like I was getting punked tonight.“

“best place ever! Great food, great service, and better value!!“

“Been attending weekly for several years. It is the place in Lakeland. Great Staff excellent location. Becca is the best!“

“I recently had dinner here on a visit to my parents from Wisconsin and I can honestly say that this place surprised me as far as their taps go. I love the fact that I could get the Bourbon County from Goose Island. The Street Tacos are also amazing with the pickled onions“

“The Applebees in Valrico have really UPPED their game...salads were FRESH..no limp or brown lettuce, dressings awesome. Entree (ribs for me) arrived hot...as were my family's meals. Ask for Shaun C to server you. He was incredible. Checked often..got dinner out as soon as it was up, drinks full, great personality... Bathrooms clean. That's right..clean and smelled nice. Restaurant, clean. Nothing on the floor. Football on tv. Soccer on tv. Nascar on tv. Bar busy. All in all, probably our best experience there. A fluke, you say? Maybe. Will find out in two weeks when we go back.“

“service was great tonight even though they were extremely busy. destiny provided amazing service. she was on top of everything“

“Bobby helped me with everything I needed if you have a problem just ask bro anything. Like bro I had a problem and he fixed it in like 30 seconds. Eric & Lexi is the best bartenders the customer service is five star. 🔥 I’ll definitely be coming back the chicken is amazing“

“We usually have a great experience here and always go multiple times when we’re in town. Tonight we went there for dinner. Waited to be seated for at least 5 minutes. No one even gave us a look. One person was folding napkins and not sure about other servers. We left and went to Beef O’Bradys down the road. We were greeted and seated immediately. Food and service both awesome. I guess the night happened for the best.“

“From the moment we walked into Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable enough for a family meal, and we were greeted right away with a warm, genuine smile that instantly set the tone for our visit.

Our server truly went above and beyond in every way possible. They were attentive without being overbearing, checking in at just the right times and making sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such a friendly, down-to-earth personality, but they absolutely nailed it.

One moment that really stood out to me was when our food arrived. Without us saying a word, the server noticed that my child might need a little help with their meal and thoughtfully cut their burger in half for them. It was such a small gesture, but it spoke volumes about their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests. It’s not something you see often, and it made us feel truly valued and looked after.

The food itself was fantastic—fresh, hot, and exactly what we were craving—but what really made the experience memorable was the level of service. Our drinks were always refilled promptly, extra napkins appeared right when we needed them, and every interaction felt sincere, not forced.

By the time we left, it felt less like we had just gone out for lunch and more like we had been taken care of by someone who genuinely enjoys what they do. That kind of service is hard to come by these days, and it’s the reason we’ll definitely be coming back.

If you’re looking for a place with great food and even better service, this Buffalo Wild Wings location delivers. Huge shoutout to our server Ramsey for turning a simple lunch into such a memorable experience—we truly appreciated it!“
