Olivia (Liv) always gives me great service with a smile!!!! She always asked me how I am doing!!! Great asset to the company!!!
I've been a regular at Duke's Brewhouse every Thursday for quite a while, and Liv is hands down the best server I've ever had there. She's always friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes every visit enjoyable. She remembers the little details, checks in at the right times, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
To be completely honest, when Liv isn't my server, the experience just isn't the same. For me, the service drops to about a 2-star experience...read full review
