This selection might just become my favorite at Cali’s. Granted, the staff consists of young adults who are, in the least, committed to going to work to earn their pay. Their attitude is encouraging. Some of the comments posted may not be fair. One has to allow opportunity for on-the-spot redress of an actual or perceived wrong (the menu is self-explanatory or can be clarified by simply asking). “So I always thought I was eating "healthy enough" and working out to at least maintain my weight. So, when I came back from my honeymoon 10-15 lbs heavier I decided to try Fresh Original Foods, and continue my daily workouts. The first week, I already saw a difference! I was down a few pounds and felt good! After two weeks I'm almost down 10 lbs, and I couldn't be happier! The food is yummy, it's easy, and I don't have to worry about prepping it all. Try the pancakes! The turkey burger, chicken parm, bang bang shrimp! Yum, they're all good! Thank you Pete! And if you were hesitant to try, just try one week! 😋👍😄💪“

“DO NOT EAT LUNCH AT THIS RESTAURANT!!! Unless you have major self control! Unfortunately, I do not and my lunch ended with me taking a nap! I basically feel into a Cuban food coma…apparently it IS a real thing. 😁😄 😆Everything looked and smelled amazing and the customer service was top notch also. The lady asked me if I wanted to try anything before I made a decision and she was very informative. If I had to say anything negative… they made the empanada too hot! They are made fresh to order and I HAD to take a bite before I left the parking lot! Sure, I did burn my mouth… but I don’t care and will do it again! 100% worth it! 🤪 $24 total and that included tip. I couldn’t wait to leave a review! I can not wait to introduce my family to this establishment. “This guy came to my apartment complex yesterday. I love food trucks & after a hard workout, I was hungry. The owner was super friendly & took my order and gave me the food exactly as I wanted it. I got the BBQ burger w/ out onions & I am extremely impressed. I told my wife that I’ve had a few good burgers in my life but I can’t really think of any that touches this guys bbq burger! I ordered my wife 6 wings plain with the sauces separated in cups so she could have them when she got home. She was also impressed. Both items were delicious and it wasn’t insanely priced like the other trucks. Thank you for visiting our apartment & we will definitely be seeing you soon!!!!“

“This place is so cool and the business setup is genius. There are like 6 different kinds of cheesecake in the glass at the front with other tasty treats available. There are so many baked goods and branded pasta to buy. It was hard to escape without spending much more than we hoped for xD. The food is excellent. The rigatoni vodka tasted exactly like my wife's which is an amazing thing. They had cookie dough peanut butter ice cream, which by chance is my favorite ever. This place is a bit far from our house but we'll be back to sample more treats.“

“Visited there yesterday, the line was out the door for good reason! The chicken cutlet taco filled with Cesar salad was amazing. Better than that was when the owner Frankie himself came out asking how everything was while cleaning the tables and chatting with the customers. The samples of Sicilian pizza was also a treat. Can’t get that service and delicious food here in Virginia Beach!“
