“Delicious as usual however, we ordered one stuffed pizza split with different toppings on either side of the pie. I instructed them to put one of the toppings particular to that side so we could identify which side was which. they told us they couldn't do that but they would make each side identifiable. They didn't. We had no way of knowing which side was which. If I tell you how I want my pizza, please make it that way. This doesn't mean we will not order again because it is great pizza.“

“I went back to this location just because I remember the GM Nathaniel (Nate) being so amazing last time. Over 6 months ago. HE IS STILL THERE BEING GREAT!! I smiled so big seeing him and he remembered me as well!! The food was HOT AND PERFECT and the team was all smiling and working together. Calling out orders and responses back to one another were respectful and very “teamworky”. Reminded me of the wonderful good ol’ days when teams worked great together because of an amazing leader such as Nathaniel. I pray he is valued because I only come back because of him and his love for his team. SEE YALL LATER!!“

“I have been a long-time frequent customer and was very disappointed after trying their new online order process. There was no disclaimer the order would be delivered through a meal service rather than their own drivers. I received cold pizza and soggy wings nearly 2 hours later after the new delivery service decided to drive my pizza around the area fulfilling other customer’s orders from other restaurants first, this is after it likely sat at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes after it was ready for delivery. Had I known this, I would have called in my order directly as I have done in the past. We live within 5 minutes of the store and always receive hot pizzas quickly when ordering via phone. I should have noticed the increased menu prices and realized it was to account for a delivery service fee, but I didn’t. There should be a disclaimer on your website that online orders are delivered through a contracted delivery service. When calling to get an update on the delay I was put on hold and hung up on four times before giving up.“
